According to the spirit of the Notice of Jinzhong Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Jinzhong Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Institutional Reform Plan of Jinzhong Municipal People's Government (Jin Shi Fu [2009]14), Jinzhong Municipal Education Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Education Bureau) is established as the working department of Jinzhong Municipal People's Government.
