I have been engaged in basic education for 30 years, and I often see all kinds of children in each class, including students with difficulties in life, students with learning difficulties and so-called special children in the eyes of teachers. Although these special children are only a few students in the class, they are a family. Our teachers are faced with thirty or forty normal children, and it is inevitable that they will meet these children who need special care. These children are celebrities in the eyes of teachers. Some of them are mentally retarded, while others are emotionally intelligent or physically disabled or incomplete. And I think it's time to treat such students and show a teacher's noble morality. Sometimes faced with the pressure of education, teaching and class management, teachers may not have or lack more love and patience to treat them. Because they need teachers' love and patience very much. However, if not handled properly, such children will be treated differently from an early age, which may ruin their future and even the happiness of the whole student family.

I think treating students with learning difficulties, even those who need special care in education, can better reflect whether a teacher's morality is noble.

I hate that teachers divide students into three grades, which is extremely unfair in education. Students are equal in personality. No matter what kind of family they are born in, even if they are physically or mentally disabled, they should receive special care and care. They have the right to be respected and enjoy the same right to education. This reminds me of the chorus festival in Nagasaki more than ten years ago.

Whether they sing well or not, their chorus festival is attended by all members, which embodies the absolute equal rights of children to participate in chorus. Although their effects are different, even their clothes are not uniform, but varied, I saw the happy smiling faces of the children on the stage. This is just a chorus festival, and individual phenomena do not represent the whole story, but I have seen a teacher's respect for students, that is, whether you are a child who is out of tune or a child who is singing out of tune, the right to express yourself and participate in chorus activities is equal, which shows that education respects every child. Because of the different national conditions and large population, our domestic choirs also want to choose the best among the best, just like the selection of seed players. Because there is not so much space and capacity for all children to participate, there is survival of the fittest. But for children, many children have lost the opportunity to perform and show, which is also caused by the competition of education and the difference of national conditions.

Although it is a small matter, I still remember it vividly.

Years of teaching experience, let me see the different fate of those underachievers. Some of them met a good teacher with love. Fortunately, some of them met a good teacher without love. Their fate can be imagined. If you give up these lovely children from the age of one, is there any hope for their family in the future? Some are even twins. If they are abandoned by teachers and treated as individual children, do they still have a future? They are still such a small piece of blank paper. They were daubed by the teacher. If teachers and parents give up, will they have tomorrow?

This is really a sad thing. Other children are despised or even laughed at by their classmates because of their lack of intelligence. Is it time to reflect on such education? How can we teach students to love and respect others, and then to love this society and respect the differences of others?

Teaching students love and respect is what teachers must guide students to do. I also hate that there are classes managed by bullies who are proud of their teachers, and there are small cadres who yell at students. Children don't love classmates. No matter how good they are, what's the use of studying? Learning to love every plant, tree, flower and even a little ant in this world is also a kind of life. Our education should teach students to respect and fear life. This is what teachers should do, so as not to let so many people give up their lives or even choose to die. This is really a very sad and sad thing. What is more important than life and being respected? Teachers should first learn to love and teach students how to love. Education without love is like a pond without water. Learning to love is a very important lesson. Our students lack respect and love everywhere. Isn't that the epitome of teachers and society?
