On June 29th, at the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Party in Xinjiang, Secretary Zhang Chunxian summed up three practical experiences: always keep a clear head, keep pace with the times and be full of vitality; We can only really follow the requirements of the central authorities, leave ourselves behind, work wholeheartedly, race against time, and strive for practical results; Only hard work can change, only hard work can change. In fact, these are all problems of style and efficiency.

Emphasize that efficiency is the essential requirement of socialism. Second, improve work style and improve efficiency.

First, the thinking is not new and the sense of innovation is not strong. Some cadres do not pay attention to learning, absorb new knowledge, meet the status quo, have outdated concepts, focus on books, read books and encounter problems. They are smart to protect themselves, suffer from loss, be afraid of taking risks, be afraid of taking responsibility, be unwilling to innovate, be afraid to innovate, be unable to innovate, grasp the lack of ideas in work, grasp the lack of tricks and solutions to problems.

Second, the mental state is not good and the courage to overcome difficulties is insufficient. Sixth, self-discipline is not strict and the system implementation is weak. Some cadres do not pay attention to their work and cannot strictly implement the handover system; Some meetings held in towns and villages were not attended according to the specified time and personnel requirements. Some spare no effort in weddings, funerals, housewarming and children's further education. Although these problems are not common, if they are not rectified in time, they will seriously damage the image of the Party committee, government and cadres in party member among the people, and hinder the sustained and healthy development of the township's economy and society. We must attach great importance to it and make great efforts to solve it.

Third, improve work style and efficiency with practical actions.

Emancipate the mind, change the work style and establish the concept of "change, change and innovation". Innovation is a concentrated expression of the spirit of the times and an important magic weapon for all undertakings to keep their vitality forever. At present, we are faced with both rare historical opportunities and severe practical challenges.
