Norm plays a guiding role in teachers' professional ethics, and it is the basic code of conduct to regulate the relationship between teachers and students, teachers and schools, teachers and the state, and teachers and society.
Code is not the requirement of all teachers' moral behavior and education and teaching work, nor can it replace other school rules and regulations. Many contents of the Code are the concretization of the relevant provisions of People's Republic of China (PRC) Teachers Law, and local education administrative departments and schools should pay attention to the research and implementation of education laws and regulations.
