human behaviour

It refers to the sum of all activities that people carry out to adapt and transform the natural environment or social environment, or to achieve a certain life goal.

Healthy behavior

No matter whether a person is in a healthy state or not, the behavior that is objectively beneficial to the health of himself, others and society is called healthy behavior.

People's behavior patterns

People's behavior pattern is a relatively stable behavior format or pattern with certain personality characteristics, structure and rules, which is expressed through colorful behaviors in daily life and is a stereotype of people's behavior. Human behavior is different from general behavior, which is formed with the determination of human self-awareness and the formation of thinking mode. Once a person's behavior is determined, it will make his behavior repetitive and stable, that is, it will appear regularly for many times in similar situations.

Healthy behavior

Unhealthy behavior belongs to deviant behavior, which refers to the behavior that affects or damages the health of individuals, others and even society.

Principle of behavior intervention

The principle of behavior intervention is the most important theory of behavior change. Taking health education as an example, health promotion is only a means of health education, not the essence of health education, but an intervention measure. In other words, health education is not only to spread health knowledge, but also to solve other influencing factors that interfere with the establishment of healthy behavior habits.
