Second, apply for the exam
During the examination of institutions in Wuhan and Donghu High-tech Zone, the number of applicants is counted every day, so you can choose the position to apply for according to the number of applicants and the region on the penultimate day (it may be too late to revise the exam on the last day). There is no data in the examination in Hannan District, so you can choose a school according to your own situation. Generally speaking, there are more people enrolled in schools in economic and technological development zones, because it is said that the salary is relatively high. Third, the written test
I participated in the written tests of institutions in Wuhan, Donghu High-tech Zone and Hannan District respectively, all of which were interviews (generally, a written test score of 70 or above is a high score, so don't worry). Let me talk about my experience from the following points.
(A) according to their own characteristics, find a way that suits them.
After these exams, I think it is really important to find a review method that suits me. For example, I like to synthesize so much content, and then copy down the key points (such as teaching principles, moral principles, class teacher management, etc. According to the real questions of previous years, copy them into a book and recite them in the last week. Then you may ask, when did you copy the evaluation materials of Donghu High-tech Zone (I used green) so thick? Then the role of mind mapping is highlighted. When reviewing the written test of Donghu High-tech Zone, I copied a mind map (if I do it myself, the memory effect will be better), and then I started to brush 4000 questions (if I make a mistake, I will copy down the knowledge points that are not on the mind map). There are many other ways to review. I just want to say that you should use your own method. Maybe in the process of preparing for the exam, other students seem to review well, so you want to try his method. Of course, good methods must be used for reference, but they must be suitable.
(2) Take more mock exams and pay attention to controlling the time.
This paper mainly aims at the examination of public institutions in Wuhan. There are two parts in this exam, the vocational aptitude test (hereinafter referred to as the vocational test) and the comprehensive application ability, so the vocational test is more difficult, one and a half hours 100 multiple-choice questions, although all of them are multiple-choice, one and a half hours is simply! I participated in the interview of institutions in Jiang 'an District of Wuhan and Guanggu No.6 Primary School in Donghu High-tech Zone (I didn't go to the interview of Olin Primary School in Economic and Technological Development Zone), and finally I was admitted to Guanggu No.6 Primary School. For example, after a period of practice, I found that I often worked overtime, listened to my friends' feedback, and my language was not very concise. So I began to record my own mock interview, went back to the dormitory to see where I didn't speak well, and tried to make the key questions accurate when writing the lesson plan. Moreover, during the trial lecture, I realized that I have a good grasp of the teaching materials, so when designing the teaching process, I will spend more time thinking about how to make it brilliant. (3) Be calm, confident and keep smiling.

Maybe your written test results are not very good, but there is a great chance of a counterattack in the interview.
