In the teaching process, there is no explanation of the essentials of movements, and children are not familiar with the demonstration of dance movements. Children just dance for the sake of dancing, without injecting their own feelings. They have no idea why they want to learn this dance, let alone how much happiness they have experienced in this dance process. This kind of "injection" teaching exists not only in kindergarten education, but also in each of our kindergarten teachers, in various subjects teaching and family education. I think this is a question that our preschool education industry should deeply reflect and explore. So what is the reason for this phenomenon? What is the reason for this phenomenon? I think there are three: a, insufficient teaching resources. The teaching materials are limited to a few teaching AIDS such as CDs, cards and wall charts, and the children's operation materials are also very poor. The teacher only relies on one mouth and a few books in class, which leads to the classroom being inactive. B, lack of teachers. Teachers are the leading force in teaching. Many kindergartens often change teachers, which leads to the expansion of teachers' mobility and the vacancy and delay of early childhood education. Moreover, some kindergartens are not equipped with "two teaching and one guarantee", which hinders the improvement of teachers' teaching ability. Many parents think that their children's "dancing, singing, writing and calculating" are very powerful, and their faces will be radiant, but they don't think there is anything wrong with educating a child of three to five or six years old in this way, depriving the child of the right to play.

2. The teaching content is not standardized.

There is randomness and "primary school" in teaching. According to the guiding outline of the kindergarten, the content of the day's activities should be in the form of games, not as formal as primary schools, and it is not allowed to attend classes at will. Explain casually, but most kindergartens have the same situation: they don't have classes in the form of games. As far as the current situation is concerned, kindergartens, whether public, private or private, are unilaterally pursuing the cultivation of knowledge and skills, offering courses such as literacy, counting, reciting poems, singing and dancing, and offering foreign language courses. They pursue an immediate effect, evaluate the effectiveness of early childhood education with a visible and tangible explicit behavior, make friends with parents, but ignore the cultivation and development of children's learning quality, moral quality and physical health. The quality of learning is not formed overnight. Only through long-term persistence and repeated reinforcement can we form good behavior habits and be automated. Unexpectedly, children should be a happy place, but the innocent smile on their faces was obliterated by the invisible knowledge pressure.

Children are the treasures of the family, and the phenomenon of "little emperor" and "little princess" is obvious. If you are slightly dissatisfied, you will cry and attack, which will bring some pressure to the teacher and affect the teaching process.

This phenomenon of excessive love has brought serious consequences to the growth of children. Think about it, the independence of children really needs to be pondered. How can they help others if they can't even take care of some small lives? When they came to kindergarten, the teacher taught them to do their own things independently, not to rely on their parents for everything, and to help them correct all kinds of bad habits. However, some parents still do it by themselves. They think their children are too young to do it and don't want them to do it. It is hard to imagine what will happen to the children if they continue to be educated like this. How will they shoulder the heavy responsibility of building the motherland? This can be imagined.

The phrase "fear of freezing in the palm of your hand, fear of melting in your mouth" shows the important position of children in the family. Children are the souls of their elders. Some parents always stand in front of their children, removing obstacles for them, and can't tolerate any grievances or setbacks. Let's take a small matter as an example: kindergarten life is a group life mode with many people. There will always be some small frictions between children and children, and they will always fall inadvertently. Once there is a problem, some parents will first blame the teacher or yell at the children who have done something wrong. Although everything happened for a reason, the parents accepted the teacher's apology, but because of the parents' excessive protection, the child became unreasonable and even more unreasonable. A distorted psychology gradually formed in the child's mind: "I am not afraid of anything, and I have parents' support when something goes wrong." This phenomenon makes children prone to extreme psychology when they grow up: arrogance and timidity.

Preschool education is a special kind of education. The government should intensify its efforts to establish a scientific educational concept in the whole town and guide young children, teachers and parents to scientifically educate young children. Why do some kindergarten teachers give up their preschool education and find a second job? This is the protection for kindergarten teachers. Teachers with professional training and teaching qualifications have long working hours and great responsibilities. Why are their wages not guaranteed? All belong to the teaching profession, which also requires both ability and political integrity. They must be certified as teachers. Why can't they get a handsome reward? Have you ever seen a type of work who works more than eight hours a day, but can't be distracted, shouldering huge responsibilities, taking care of a group of people's eating, drinking and having fun, needing enough knowledge storage ability, but holding a salary of several thousand dollars, and worrying about being complained? "Respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching" should exist not only in school education, but also in preschool education, and preschool teachers should enjoy the same treatment as school teachers. Kindergarten teachers devote their youth to pre-school education, and finally even the problems of medical care and old-age care have to be solved by themselves, not to mention personal development, and even life has become a problem. Someone once said, "preschool teachers are qualified for the first grade of primary school, but they may not be qualified for preschool education." That's true.
