Safety education mode

(1) Posters, movies and slides

(1) poster. Different safety posters promote safety precautions in different ways. Posters are mainly divided into two categories, one is a positive poster to show the benefits of caution and safety; The other is negative posters, pointing out the consequences of carelessness and blindness.

Let employees realize the importance of safe production through posters, give them a warning and improve their safety awareness.

Two movies. Movies and videos specially made for training are particularly effective in explaining new safety devices or new working methods. The film can give explanations, demonstrations, laboratory experiments, technical process analysis, etc. Solve difficult and complicated problems in an orderly manner, reproduce the rapid sequence of events in slow motion, and let employees see the details.

Three slides. The advantage of slides is that they can be put as long as needed, and at the same time they can be explained in more detail.

(2) Reports, lectures and discussions

Reports, lectures and seminars are also powerful tools for safety publicity and education. Especially for new employees entering the factory, through this form of safety education, they can have a general understanding of safety production problems. Special lectures on accident status, safety rules, protective measures and other issues will enable employees to have direct contact and exchange opportunities with lecturers, which can strengthen the effect of publicity and education.

(3) Safety competition and safety activities

Enterprises can also carry out various forms of safety competitions to improve the enthusiasm of employees for safe production. Safety competition can be incorporated into the enterprise's safety plan, and safety competition can be held in the workshop team to reward the winners. The significance of the competition lies not in who wins or loses, but in reducing the accident rate of the whole enterprise and strengthening the safety awareness of employees.

Safety activities such as safety competition, safety day, safety week or safety month can be supported and sponsored by relevant government departments when necessary, and publicized to people through newspapers, radio, television, movies and other media. Activities can include holding exhibitions, showing movies, demonstrating performances, holding competitions, discussing, etc.

(4) Exhibitions and safety publications

(1) Exhibition is a very direct way to let employees know about the dangers and how to eliminate them. When the exhibition is combined with other safety activities, the effect will be better. For example, through the exhibition, we focus on publicizing and educating the recent accidents in the factory-grinding wheel fragments flying out of a broken grinding wheel were blocked by a protective cover, or safety helmets ensured the safety of personnel. This kind of exhibition embodies the practical value of safety precautions.

② Use safety publications, such as regular safety magazines and briefings, to describe the investigation and research results of new safety devices, operating procedures and new methods to prevent accidents, as well as other illustrated articles.

③ Other forms of safety publicity materials include pamphlets and leaflets, icons and slogans on safety stamps, etc.
