"Enthusiastic care" means fully trusting and caring for the League members, insisting on positive education, improving the ideological and political quality of the League members through positive guidance, theoretical indoctrination and typical encouragement, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the League members in their own work, collective life and social life, playing an exemplary role and creating conditions for their healthy growth.
"Strict requirements" means to regulate and restrain the words and deeds of members with the standards and disciplines of members, and put forward higher requirements for members than ordinary young people. At the same time, adhere to serious criticism and self-criticism, strictly enforce the discipline of the League, so that members can get exercise and grow up healthily in the strict life of the League.
