First, the enrollment target
(1) Secondary vocational schools (including vocational skill course certificate, vocational qualification certificate, vocational skill level certificate and "1+X certificate system pilot" vocational skill level certificate, the certificate requirements are attached) that have obtained the registration qualification for the general college entrance examination in Guangdong Province in 2023 (including vocational high schools, secondary vocational schools, adult secondary vocational schools, technical schools and technician colleges). Ordinary high school graduates should not apply for the exam.
Undergraduate-level majors in colleges and universities recruit secondary vocational school graduates. Candidates are required to study in secondary vocational schools and apply for undergraduate enrollment majors. The specific requirements are announced by the admissions institution on the admissions website of our school.

Registration for the "3+ Certificate" exam is conducted at the same time as the general college entrance examination, but it is not allowed to be submitted at the same time. Candidates of retired soldiers must hold their ID card, the original and photocopy of the retirement certificate, and register online after receiving the examinee number from the Admissions Office (test center and examination institute) of the prefecture-level city. Admissions institutions must examine whether candidates' secondary vocational education majors correspond to each other and meet the corresponding certificate requirements. (2) Certificate requirements
1. Candidates must obtain one of the following certificates:
(1) 14 Professional Skills Course Certificate issued by Guangdong Education Examinations Institute.
(2) The National Computer Grade Certificate and the National English Grade Certificate issued by the Education Examinations Institute of the Ministry of Education (formerly the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education).

Provincial unified cultural subject examination fees refer to the relevant provisions of the general college entrance examination registration. Undergraduate colleges and universities organize their own vocational skills tests according to the charging standards of professional skills course certificates (Guangdong Price Letter [2003] 12 and Guangdong Price Letter [2003] No.63).

Colleges and universities are divided into several professional groups according to the certificate requirements and enrollment characteristics of enrollment majors. Higher vocational colleges recruit new graduates from secondary vocational classes in Tibet and Xinjiang (including students from Tibetan areas in Qinghai), and plan, mark and enroll students separately.

(1) Minimum control score

(2) Admission batch and filing principle
1."3+certificate" exam enrollment is divided into undergraduate batches and specialist batches. After the undergraduate batch admission, the college batch admission will begin.
2. Undergraduate batch college archives. On the minimum control score line of undergraduate batch admission, the Provincial Admissions Office will file candidates who meet the certificate requirements corresponding to the enrollment major and pass the professional counterparts and vocational skills test in secondary vocational schools at a ratio of 5:4: 1 (50% for unified cultural subjects, 40% for vocational skills test, and 10% for the whole province). The conversion score of skill certificate accounts for 10% of the total score (that is, out of 45 points). Certificate requirements and conversion methods shall be determined by the admissions institutions themselves and announced to the public in advance.
3. Batch institutions follow the parallel volunteer principle. According to the unified cultural subject examination of candidates, the files are ranked from high to low, and the files with high ranking are given priority, and then the files are searched one by one according to the college professional group volunteers reported by candidates. After the end of enrollment, the enrollment institution will enroll students in different grades according to the admission principles announced in the enrollment charter and the candidates' professional wishes and relevant certificates.
4. Candidates of retired soldiers and recent graduates of Xinjiang Vocational School in Tibet (including students from Tibetan areas in Qinghai) apply for higher vocational colleges, and the minimum admission scores shall be delineated separately. All higher vocational colleges are selected according to the principle of college admission among the candidates with the minimum admission score specified by the provincial admissions committee.
5. Retired soldiers who choose their own jobs, who have won personal merit citation class II (inclusive) or been awarded honorary titles by units above the military region (inclusive) during their service, can be increased by 5 points on the basis of the total score of the unified examination in cultural courses.
(3) Solicit volunteers
For the college enrollment plan that has not completed the batch enrollment, the provincial recruitment office will collect voluntary admissions. Undergraduate batch colleges and universities do not collect voluntary admission.
