Jinan "May 3rd" Massacre Memorial Park is located in Baotu Spring Park, the first spring scenic spot in the world. It was completed and opened in May 2007, with a total area of 2,600 square meters, including Wusan Hall, Wusan Bell, Wusan Monument and Wusan Pavilion. The bronze statue of the martyr Cai Gongshi who died in the "May 3rd" tragedy in Jinan was placed in the "May 3rd" memorial hall.

As an important patriotic education base in Shandong Province, Baotuquan Park has maintained and updated various facilities regularly during the seven years since the May 3rd Massacre Memorial Park was built and opened, and collected relevant historical materials in time to supplement the exhibition hall, making the whole memorial park full of historical connotation and special commemorative significance.
