Characteristics of educational action research;

1, research for action, that is, research for action. The purpose of action research is to solve the problems encountered in educational action and improve the efficiency and effect of action.

2, research in action, which is aimed at the process and environment of action research. Its research environment is the field of education and teaching, and it is a field trip organically combined with practical work.

3. Actor research, which is the theme of action research. The actors here refer to the front-line school administrators and teachers, who are veritable actors in educational practice.
