Through friendly greetings, addressing students by English names in class and other ways that students are willing to accept, let every student, especially those who are introverted, have poor grades or may be ignored, always feel the care and respect from teachers, thus realizing their great interest in learning English. So as to form a good situation of being willing to teach and learn.

Teachers care, love, encourage and appreciate students, which can not only greatly enhance students' thirst for knowledge, make them full of hope and fun in their study and life, but also encourage students to study independently, and promote them to respect and trust teachers more and to communicate with them. Students respect and trust teachers, which helps to enhance teachers' sense of responsibility and accomplishment, and enhance teachers' motivation and ability to teach and educate people. Numerous teaching practices have proved that a smooth, harmonious and intimate relationship between teachers and students is beneficial to teachers' teaching and students' learning. In order to teach a happy education, teachers should not only have noble sentiments, but also have extensive knowledge. They should update their educational ideas, concepts and knowledge in the process of elaboration, understanding and communication. Therefore, English teachers should not only study educational theory seriously, but also read a lot of books, learn materials, be good at thinking, and create innovative teaching methods in "browsing", "smelling" and "thinking" to stimulate students' interest and thirst for knowledge. This requires teachers to flexibly use different teaching methods according to the textbooks used.

Students always expect success, so in the process of learning, teachers should be more sure, praise and encourage, treat students with appreciation, and let them see their progress and taste the joy of success. Success and happiness are always linked, and success can keep students active and enterprising. The process of learning English is a process of learning from mistakes, learning from mistakes, learning while making mistakes, and gradually reducing and avoiding mistakes. In classroom teaching, try to create opportunities for competition and success, so that students at different levels have the opportunity, ability and confidence to participate, jump and pick peaches, so that students can experience the joy of success and feel the value of hard work.
