Approach students with respect, enthusiasm and love, so that students can feel warmth, expectation, encouragement and encouragement from the teacher's patient guidance and care and respect, and then feel the teacher's amiable and credible, thus making the relationship between teachers and students harmonious. Through friendly greetings, addressing students by English names in class and other ways that students are willing to accept, let every student, especially those who are introverted, have poor grades or may be ignored, always feel the care and respect from teachers, thus realizing their great interest in learning English. So as to form a good situation of being willing to teach and learn.

Teachers care, love, encourage and appreciate students, which can not only greatly enhance students' thirst for knowledge, make them full of hope and fun in their study and life, but also encourage students to study independently, and promote them to respect and trust teachers more and to communicate with them. Students respect and trust teachers, which helps to enhance teachers' sense of responsibility and accomplishment, and enhance teachers' motivation and ability to teach and educate people. Numerous teaching practices have proved that a smooth, harmonious and intimate relationship between teachers and students is beneficial to teachers' teaching and students' learning. If there are obstacles in the relationship between teachers and students, they are alienated or even antagonistic, teachers will not be interested in "teaching" or even have no intention to teach, and students will be tired of learning and unable to make progress. Therefore, we must establish a good relationship between teachers and students in English class so that teachers and students can have fun together.

Second, flexible use of teaching methods and optimization of classroom structure can achieve the effect of happy education. In order to teach a happy education, teachers should not only have noble sentiments, but also have extensive knowledge. They should update their educational ideas, concepts and knowledge in the process of elaboration, understanding and communication. Therefore, English teachers should not only study educational theory seriously, but also read a lot of books, learn materials, be good at thinking, and create innovative teaching methods in "browsing", "smelling" and "thinking" to stimulate students' interest and thirst for knowledge. This requires teachers to flexibly use different teaching methods according to the textbooks used.

Create situations, and use teaching methods such as objects, pictures, stick figures and multimedia with vivid language and posture to make students feel immersive.

Create tasks, actively create activities according to the characteristics of teaching materials, encourage students to study independently, optimize classroom structure through cooperative learning, and mobilize students to actively participate in learning. For example, in class, guide students to carry out group discussion, dialogue between two students, question and answer between boys and girls, large group reading, three or four people performing, asking questions and answering individual questions. Sometimes, I write plays, perform short plays, expand short essays, say aphorisms, speak jingles, tell stories, guess riddles and so on. Enrich the classroom content and optimize the classroom structure.

Create games, such as bingo, information transmission, Sam's theory, five questions of guessing people, etc. To test memory, comparative reaction, competition speed, combat observation and competition imagination.

This kind of entertaining classroom teaching not only stimulates students' interest in learning English, but also helps students to increase their knowledge, broaden their horizons, exercise their reading, writing and speaking abilities and develop their intelligence. The change of teaching methods enlivens the classroom learning atmosphere and shortens the classroom and life.

Distance, students learn English in simulated life situations, relaxed and happy, and students' comprehensive English listening and speaking quality has also been improved.

3. Appreciate the students, give them more affirmation and encouragement, so that every student can experience the joy of success.

Students always expect success, so in the process of learning, teachers should be more sure, praise and encourage, treat students with appreciation, and let them see their progress and taste the joy of success. Success and happiness are always linked, and success can keep students active and enterprising. The process of learning English is a process of learning from mistakes, learning from mistakes, learning while making mistakes, and gradually reducing and avoiding mistakes. In classroom teaching, try to create opportunities for competition and success, so that students at different levels have the opportunity, ability and confidence to participate, jump and pick peaches, so that students can experience the joy of success and feel the value of hard work. Especially for poor students, whether it is classroom questioning or unit testing, teachers should give more care, patient inspiration, improve the situation and create more opportunities for their success. As long as they have made some achievements in their studies, they should be affirmed and encouraged in time.
