The Education Bureau is also responsible for the adjustment of the network layout of all kinds of schools in China, as well as the management of school infrastructure, school buildings, school property and educational land.
Legal basis: Article 7 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Private Education Promotion Law states that the education administrative department of the State Council is responsible for the overall planning, comprehensive coordination and macro-management of private education throughout the country. The administrative department of human resources and social security of the State Council and other relevant departments shall be responsible for the relevant private education within the scope of duties stipulated by the State Council.
"People's Republic of China (PRC) Private Education Promotion Law" Article 8 The education administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be in charge of private education within their respective administrative areas.
The administrative departments of human resources and social security of the local people's governments at or above the county level and other relevant departments shall be responsible for the relevant private education within their respective functions and duties.
