Responsibilities of Haining Education Bureau in Jiaxing:
(a) to implement the educational principles, policies, laws and regulations of the party and the state, and promote the legal construction of the education system. (four) to guide the safety and stability of the city's education system, to be responsible for the safety supervision and management of the education system, to urge the relevant subjects of the education system to implement the responsibility for production safety, and to organize or cooperate with the investigation of dereliction of duty or illegal acts in school safety management.
(five) the overall management of the department's education funds, participate in the formulation of education fund raising, education funding, education infrastructure investment policies and supervise the use, and organize the internal audit of the education system.
(six) responsible for promoting the balanced development of basic education and promoting education equity. Responsible for implementing the basic requirements and teaching documents of national, provincial and municipal basic education, and fully implementing quality education. Comprehensive management of the city's early education, preschool education, compulsory education, ordinary high school education and special education, ethnic education and other work.
(seven) responsible for the implementation of the national and provincial vocational education and teaching basic requirements and teaching basic documents, to guide the vocational school education and teaching reform, vocational guidance and evaluation, and to guide the professional setting of vocational schools. Participate in the formulation of employment policies for secondary vocational school graduates. Coordinate the construction of continuing education system.
(eight) overall guidance of the city's school construction, responsible for reviewing the establishment, renaming, cancellation and adjustment of schools, formulating school enrollment plans and organizing their implementation.
(nine) to guide the ideological and political education, moral education, sports health and art education, labor education and national defense education in schools. (ten) responsible for the construction of the city's education talent team. Guide the construction of teachers' morality and style in the city. Organize and guide the implementation of the teacher qualification system, and participate in the formulation of policies such as school establishment, post and salary.
(eleven) responsible for the city's academic management.
(twelve) to guide the international cooperation and exchanges of the city's education system, to carry out educational cooperation and exchanges with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and to participate in the international promotion of Chinese.
(thirteen) responsible for the city's language work, to guide the standardization of language.
(fourteen) responsible for the city's education supervision work, organize the implementation of education supervision and evaluation, inspection and acceptance, quality control and other work according to law. Organize school development evaluation.
(fifteen) to complete other tasks assigned by the municipal government.
(16) functional transformation. Implement the general requirements of the CPC Central Committee, the provincial party committee and the municipal party committee on strengthening the party building work in schools and the municipal party committee on building a "clean and honest Haining", perform the duties of guiding and supervising the party building work in schools, guide and urge the city's education system to fulfill the main responsibility of strictly administering the party in an all-round way, and improve the level of party building work. Deepen the reform of "running at most once" in the city's education field and further promote the sharing of educational data resources.
Further promote the reduction of items and materials, adhere to the design of educational reform programs from the perspective of the masses, clarify the reform objectives, and improve the quality and convenience of educational services. Strengthen the responsibility of educational supervision, strengthen the overall planning, comprehensive coordination and management of private education, continuously improve the quality of education, promote educational equity, promote the development of educational science, and ensure the implementation of the party's educational principles and policies.
