First, a solid "foundation" and cultural accumulation are fertile soil.
The amount of nutrients absorbed by roots determines the quality of tree growth, and the nutrients of roots come from fertile soil. Teachers are the foundation of education, and the quality of teachers determines the width of students' development. Only high-quality teachers can cultivate high-quality talents. Therefore, teachers' professional development and cultural accumulation are the inexhaustible motive force and important guarantee for the sustainable development of schools, and are the top priority of school education and teaching.
