Great achievements have been made in health and epidemic prevention and medical care. 1970, Shuang Jie Town established a three-level epidemic prevention network for villages, towns and districts. The deputy mayor in charge of health work in the town is the leader of the three-level epidemic prevention leading group. The youngest is 22 years old and the oldest is 58 years old. In the process of teaching, they actively prepare lessons according to their own advantages. Young people specialize in preparing wedding, maternity and parenting knowledge, while middle-aged and elderly people work hard on contraception and menopause knowledge. Town family planning cadres went deep into the villages covered, focusing on family planning and preferential policies. In order to facilitate the masses and let more women of childbearing age participate in the activities, combined with the needs and reality of the people of childbearing age in each village, the Family Planning Office arranged the lectures during the day and at night respectively, ensuring the participation rate of women of childbearing age. Pangzui village was initiated by the village radio station, and the number of people of childbearing age attending classes reached 130. Interactive education is adopted in special lectures, with questions answered, examples answered and questions exchanged, and gifts are given to the people who get the right answers, which stimulates the people's enthusiasm for participation and enables the people of childbearing age to learn knowledge in a relaxed and active atmosphere.
