Control eye time, pay attention to eye posture, keep a regular life and take an active part in physical exercise.
1. Control the eye time and let the eyes have a rest. When reading or writing, you should rest your eyes for a while or look at the scenery from a distance every half an hour to an hour, so that the ciliary muscles that regulate your vision can rest and recover your vision fatigue as soon as possible.
2. Pay attention to the posture of your eyes. When reading and writing, the sitting posture should be correct, the height of tables and chairs should be appropriate, and the distance between eyes and books should be about one foot. Don't be far away and near.
3. Keep a regular life and get enough sleep every day. Children aged 6-8 should sleep 10- 12 hours every day.
4. Take an active part in physical exercise and increase the time for outdoor activities. Physical exercise can strengthen blood circulation and metabolism, provide enough nutrition for eyes and enhance eye resistance.
5. Doing eye exercises, massage and moxibustion, and insisting on eye care can prevent myopia.
6. Watch less electronic products, especially mobile phones and iPads. It is not suitable for children to watch TV and these electronic products for a long time. Try not to watch TV for more than 2 hours, and watch mobile phones and iPads for less than 10 minutes.
7. Avoid letting children read and write in the dark or under the sun. Cloudy days, dusk and moonlight are weak, and sunlight is strong, so it is not suitable for reading and writing.
8. Check your eyesight regularly, find your eyesight decline as soon as possible and control it as soon as possible.
9. Increase the intake of vitamins. Vegetables and fruits contain more vitamins and have a certain nutritional effect on the eyes. If you want to effectively prevent children's myopia, you must take your children to outdoor activities. You can let your children play badminton, table tennis, or climb mountains. These can effectively prevent myopia in children.
When children are six or seven years old, they will have a hyperopia reserve above 100 degrees, which is also called an artifact to prevent myopia. If the hyperopia reserve is exhausted prematurely, it will often develop in the direction of myopia.
At the same time, children should also watch less mobile phones and computers. You must work and rest on time. No staying up late, no partial eclipse, no picky eaters. We must ensure the comprehensive intake of nutrients.
Of course, you can eat more things rich in protein and vitamins, such as milk, eggs and fish, and you can also eat more green vegetables. These effects are all good. You must go to the hospital to have your eyes examined regularly. Myopia is a common disease in ophthalmology, especially in children. In order to prevent the occurrence of myopia, we should start with the cause of myopia. There are two main reasons for myopia: one is congenital genetic factors; The other is acquired bad eye habits. For congenital genetic factors, people can't control them, so we can only improve them from the habit of using our eyes. In peacetime, we should do the following:
First, control the time of using eyes at close range, which is the key to prevent myopia. In daily life, reading books at close range by computer or mobile phone must be controlled, and try not to exceed four hours every day.
Second, appropriately increasing outdoor time is currently recognized as the only effective way to prevent the occurrence and development of myopia.
Third, keep the correct reading posture and reading distance when reading, don't read lying down, and don't read in a shaking car. These have a great influence on your eyes and can easily lead to myopia. To prevent myopia in children, it is necessary to help children develop the habit of not picky eaters and partial eclipse, and maintain a balanced nutrition. At the same time, we should pay attention to the supplement of trace elements such as zinc and calcium, which are essential nutrients for the human body. In addition, it is necessary to increase the intake of protein and control the intake of sugar, which is helpful for the development of eyes. It is suggested to eat more foods rich in vitamin A, such as carrots or tomatoes, which can promote the development of vision. Parents should also help their children form good habits. First, they should form a good habit of using their eyes, arrange their eye time reasonably every day, and rest their eyes for 5~ 10 minutes every 40 minutes. They can close their eyes or overlook. Doing eye exercises is also a good choice. In addition, when reading or studying, you should choose a good lighting and lighting environment, and you can't rub your eyes with your hands at will, because there are more bacteria on your hands.
Step 3 be exposed to the sun
In leisure time, children should be allowed to go out for a walk, take a walk or exercise, which can make them better exposed to the sun, thus promoting the formation of vitamin D in the body, contributing to the absorption of calcium and strengthening their physique. In addition, going outdoors and getting in touch with the sun can give your eyes a short rest and help protect your eyesight. If you find that your child's eye habits are unhealthy, or you often read or study at close range, you should be vigilant. It is recommended that you take your child to a regular eye hospital for vision examination and medical optometry, which will help prevent myopia. Once myopia is found, it can be corrected and treated according to the specific situation to avoid myopia deepening. To prevent myopia in children, we should pay special attention to all aspects. First of all, we should keep a balanced diet. Secondly, we should form good habits. We should not use our eyes for a long time, nor should we study in an environment where the light is too strong or too dark. Besides, we should take more walks outdoors, which can not only protect our eyes and eyesight better, but also enhance our physical fitness. In addition, when you find that your child's eyes are uncomfortable or see things at close range, you should take your child for an eye check in time.
