We are the first batch of graduates since the school was founded. The school management system is strict, but the teachers are average. Most teachers are teaching for the first time, taking graduates for the first time and having no experience. There are also some teachers who are lax with their students, perfunctory in class and unwilling to talk. Some students in each class are stubborn, unwilling to study and come to school to muddle along. Some students like grandstanding and talking back to teachers, which not only affects classroom discipline, but also corrupts the school atmosphere. The most fundamental reason is that students are not self-disciplined, like cheating and playing tricks, which leads to poor grades.
