According to the Regulations on Continuing Education for Professional and Technical Personnel, the hours of continuing education for professional and technical personnel can be supplemented by the following ways: Article 8: The time for professional and technical personnel to participate in continuing education should be no less than 90 hours per year, among which, professional subjects are generally not less than two-thirds of the total hours.
