2. Interview qualification examination. The qualification examination of candidates and the political examination and physical examination of finalists shall be conducted in accordance with the recruitment requirements of kindergartens on municipal platforms in previous years. Kindergarten completed the qualification examination of candidates to be interviewed under the guidance and supervision of Huangshi Government Affairs Service Center (institutions directly under the Municipal Party Committee). When interviewing preliminary candidates to participate in the qualification examination, the original and photocopy of the corresponding documents are required. Those who pass the interview qualification examination will be issued the Notice of Open Recruitment Interview for Teachers of Compulsory Education Schools in Hubei Province in 2022, and confirmed as the official candidates for the interview. 4. After receiving the interview notice, if the shortlisted candidates fail to reach the required proportion due to factors such as the candidate's abstention, they will not be replaced. For positions with the ratio of the number of interviewers to the planned number of recruitment positions equal to or less than 1: 1, the minimum qualified score line is the average score of this interview (the same interviewer group and the same interview book).
5. Interview. The interview focuses on testing the ability of education and teaching, examining the professional quality and classroom teaching ability of candidates, mainly in the form of lectures or lectures. Full interview score 100.

(6) Examining and approving employment
Huangshi Municipal Affairs Service Center (the institution directly under the Municipal Party Committee) and Huangshi government agency kindergarten have worked out the working rules of classification, division of labor and discipline according to the total test scores from high to low, and after publicizing them to the public, Huangshi Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security will issue an employment notice. The initial employment period is generally three years.
After the employment notice is issued, the Huangshi Municipal Affairs Service Center (the institution directly under the Municipal Party Committee) and the Huangshi government kindergarten will arrange for the newly hired teachers to take up their posts.
