Because of the problem of enrollment rate and the pressure of leaders, most middle schools now implement hierarchical teaching. This is the case in high school, and junior high school is gradually following suit. Parents of junior high school graduates are eagerly staring at which high school their children can enter and what kind of classes they can enter; Parents of quasi-ninth grade students are very concerned about which class their children can be assigned to and what kind of teachers they will be assigned to.
Teachers who stay in the ninth grade are also suspense. They don't know what kind of students they will get, whether they will admit themselves or not, and it is estimated that they will have to fight another "tough battle". It has been four years in a row, and the ninth grade will take over. I know it's not easy to take over
Everyone's heart is hanging!
Tomorrow will be the placement test for the quasi-ninth grade, and parents' hearts are beginning to get nervous. They know that this exam is very important, which determines what kind of teachers they will like and what kind of environment they will stay in to study in the next year. Indeed, this will have a considerable impact on the senior high school entrance examination one year later.
As a multi-generation graduating class teacher, I also have my own views on placement, and I can give some suggestions to parents for reference.
If the child wants to enter Class A, it is estimated that most parents will answer yes ... In this regard, I think so:
In the first case, children have the strength to enter Class A. For children who have the strength to enter Class A, I suggest them go to Class A, because Class A in every school is equipped with first-class teachers, who receive the most cutting-edge information, enjoy the best treatment and have the best learning environment. Of course, overtime is also the unique treatment of Class A. This arrangement can really make these children improve a grade on the original basis, reach the top level and contribute to the senior high school entrance examination!
In the second case, the child is smart and has a good foundation. He is only a little short of Class A, but he has poor self-control ability and is too playful. It is necessary for such a child to enter Class A. He is surrounded by excellent children who study hard and have better grades than him, which invisibly puts pressure on him to join the ranks of studying hard, so that the child can change his original bad habits and improve a new level.
In the third case, the child is not strong enough to enter Class A, and he is sick and hard-working, which is far from Class A. I think it is better not to enter this situation. Entering Class A is too much pressure for this child. He will never find his value in Class A, and the courses in Class A will be faster and more difficult to keep up, which leads to his growing self-confidence. Until I give up on myself, this is definitely not what my parents want to see.
Therefore, for the fact that the placement can't enter Class A, we still have to do what we can, and there is no way!
