How do builders continue their education?
The period of validity of the registration of construction engineers is three years, and continuing education is conducted once every three years. Continuing education should be registered three months before the expiration of the registration period, and the housing construction department will arrange time to study in continuing education and training institutions and take exams. Those who pass the continuing education will get the continuing education certificate.

Construction engineers should receive 120 hours of continuing education in each registration cycle, including 60 hours of compulsory courses and 60 hours of elective courses.

Among the 60 hours of compulsory courses, 30 hours of public courses and 30 hours of specialized courses;

60 hours of elective courses, 30 hours of public courses and 30 hours of professional courses;

To obtain two or more professional qualifications, in addition to completing 120 hours of continuing education in the former career cycle, it is also necessary to complete the continuing education hours specified in other professional courses (including compulsory courses and elective courses);

Newly registered majors need to complete the continuing education hours specified in the specialized courses of newly added majors within three years from the date of addition.
