【 Efficacy 】 Communicate heart and kidney, nourish blood and regulate menstruation.
【 Clinical Application 】 It is mainly used for amenorrhea caused by hyperactivity of heart and liver and insufficiency of heart-qi. Symptoms include amenorrhea, insomnia, constipation, short and red urine, red tongue and rapid pulse. This prescription consists of Baiziren Pill and Eupatorium adenophorum Decoction. The prescription takes Platycladus orientalis and Eupatorium adenophorum as the monarch, and they all belong to the liver meridian, which is pungent and can disperse. The former nourishes yin and blood, and nourishes heart and kidney. The latter soothes the liver, harmonizes camp and health, promotes blood circulation, smoothes menstruation, nourishes the heart and liver, and puts out the fire itself. Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Paeoniae Alba nourish blood and soften liver; Achyranthes bidentata and Radix Dipsaci for tonifying kidney and dredging collaterals; Selaginella, however, is mixed with bitter cold and clearing heat, and is classified as kidney meridian, and the medicine leads downward. 【 Clinical Application 】 Indications: Hypermenorrhea after induced abortion or tubal ligation. This prescription comes from Su 'an medicine "Medicine" in Song Dynasty, which was originally used to treat women's blood heat, fire depression, or camp wind. Chen's expansion method is applied to the above diseases.
