Kaifeng Vocational College of Culture and Art is an ordinary higher vocational college organized by Kaifeng Municipal People's Government, approved by Henan Provincial People's Government on March 25th, 20 10, and registered by the Ministry of Education. It is a higher vocational college with the enrollment qualification of ordinary colleges and universities. At the beginning of 20 14, Kaifeng Institute of Education merged to form a new Kaifeng Vocational College of Culture and Art.
