I feel that I usually do too little research in this field, read less current political information and hot topics on the Internet, and have insufficient spirit and enthusiasm to be ready to learn at any time. Inspiration 2: The class is conducted in pairs, and the classroom atmosphere is active, which stimulates students' interest in learning. Talking about teachers' Chinese literacy can be seen from the fact that teachers can put away their pairs at will. If there is no solid Chinese literacy, who dares to activate the classroom with pairs? Dare to think and do, but also on the basis of Chinese literacy. Without this foundation, all ideas are utopia. What about "dare to do it"? By contrast, I feel far behind. Where is my Chinese accomplishment? Just because you can have a good class and bring out a little better grades? I think it is because my vision is too narrow that I have this understanding. Inspiration 3: Create situations for students at any time and adopt infiltration teaching. From talking about the teacher's courseware, we can see that he has made great efforts in learning the text. The content of the courseware can be displayed to talk about the teacher's depth and understanding of the text. Without in-depth study and excavation of the text after class, those questions in the courseware can't be done. For example, for the image of butcher Hu, he used eight words-"a curse for the ages, a palm for the ages", which skillfully combined the content of the courseware with the presentation of the classroom, without any sense of disobedience, and it was still very smooth. When analyzing characters, he showed twelve words in the courseware-"reading articles, reading levels, reading sentences, reading words, focusing on key points and reading meanings" to analyze important paragraphs and guide students to feel characters. These may not be the answers to the exam, but they can guide the teacher to clearly lecture ideas, and analyze and answer questions from them, which is really admirable. Due to time constraints, when talking about how to make students prepare lessons, the teacher said "language is the core, Chinese activities are the main body, and Chinese ability is the goal", and then ended the whole class with this sentence.
Every study time is so precious, more or less, I can have my own harvest. All the above can be treasured in my memory as my harvest. On the basis of this study, I seriously reflected and summarized my own shortcomings and deficiencies.
First, there is a lack of in-depth study of the text. My teaching of many texts is still superficial, just talking about what I should say and do, lacking in depth. My classroom lacks personal style and the "soul" of Chinese, because I haven't really entered the depths of Chinese.
Second, when preparing lessons, students were not carefully prepared. I seldom think about what knowledge students have mastered in preparing lessons, which need to be summarized and which need in-depth guidance ... This is reflected in my lack of analytical ability on learning.
Third, my Chinese literacy needs to be improved. Everything used to prevaricate that I have no time to study is an excuse, and I am looking for this excuse to offend myself. Look at those teachers who have become. They have been studying. For this, I am really ashamed. I hope I can learn a little and make progress every day.

The second part: the experience summary of the state training teachers to go to the countryside.
Today, the 20 19 "National Training Plan" project to send teachers to the countryside kicked off in the Qidong Affiliated Middle School of Hengyang Normal University. This is a one-day general education training, which consists of three parts: mental health lecture, team building activity and teacher's morality lecture, among which team building activity impressed me the most.
