Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Posts and Telecommunications is public. Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Posts and Telecommunications, located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, is a "provincial civilized unit". It is the only provincial public full-time general higher vocational college in Zhejiang Province featuring postal and communication majors. It is also an international smart city training base, a national safety production training base and the first batch of national postal industry talent training bases determined by the State Post Bureau.
