How to educate children's words when parents speak
The speech on how to educate children is as follows:

Dear teachers and parents: Hello! I am very happy to attend this parent-teacher conference, and thank the school for giving us such an opportunity to get together with you and discuss the good ways to educate and guide children so that they can grow up healthily. Next, I would like to share my personal views with you:

First of all, I think we should give children "motivation rather than pressure". Children carry our infinite hopes. As parents, we all want our children to succeed, and we expect their children to have good growth and development. However, as a parent, I think we should pay more attention to our children at the critical moment when they go all out to study every day, whether in study or life.

We must actively cooperate with schools and teachers, do a good job in children's safety and security, cheer up children, work hard but don't press them, don't talk in front of them, don't distract them, worry about this and that for their children, for fear that if they don't work hard, they will be extremely nervous and bear unlimited pressure. We should trust our children and encourage them.

Secondly, good living and study habits are necessary. Cultivate good study habits in primary school; In middle school, we should cultivate good learning methods and enter a virtuous circle. There are many good habits. In primary school, it is nothing more than a good habit of attending classes, thinking, reading and doing homework.

For all kinds of courses, to stimulate children's interest, with interest, they will naturally listen carefully; As for the habit of thinking, if our children rarely raise their hands to answer questions or never ask questions, it means that they are lazy to think, rely on teachers and classmates, or simply memorize and imitate.

In this case, the child is in a passive learning state. We should guide children to form the habit of thinking independently and being good at asking questions, so that children not only like asking questions, but also are willing to find answers to questions, which is very important for their future creative thinking and further study.

There are also many kinds of reading books at home, which children can read in their spare time. This not only helps to cultivate children's good reading habits, but also broadens their horizons. Why not? Pay attention to children's homework habits. We should not only pay attention to the quality of children's homework, but also pay attention to the time when children's homework is completed.

Many parents, including myself, feel this way. As long as they see their children sitting at their desks, they feel happy, no matter what they are doing. In fact, due to the different age and personality of children, the length of time to concentrate at a time is also different. Parents should proceed from reality and set the homework time according to the homework content. Don't let children get into the habit of muddling along and being inefficient.

Finally, as parents, we should play a positive role model and guide. First, the attitude should be firm. The formation of good habits is a difficult process, which needs perseverance, especially when children have developed some bad habits, and the firm attitude of parents is even more important.

Second, we should lead by example. Parents are watching TV themselves, but letting their children do their homework is not only easy to arouse children's resentment, but also affects their study. Third, we should appreciate children and be good at discovering their bright spots. Instead of letting children entangle the wrong things in endless criticism, it is better to praise them in time and applaud their progress!

I also believe that an excellent child is not scolded but praised. What I said above is just my personal understanding. Please criticize and correct the improper points. Finally, I wish all leaders, teachers and parents good health! Thank you!
