Jerome Bruner (19 15-), an American psychologist and educator, has done a lot of research on the cognitive process, and has written many works on word learning, concept formation and thinking, which has contributed to the systematization and scientificity of cognitive psychology theory. 1962 was awarded the Outstanding Scientific Contribution Award by the American Psychological Association, and 1965 was elected as the president of the American Psychological Association.
