Community service mode: community hospice care provides hospice care service for terminally ill patients, which integrates inpatient medical institutions, outpatient services and home services. The community health service center shall go through the registration formalities with the practice registration organ of the medical institution in the district and county where it is located, and carry out hospice care services.
Home service mode: Home hospice care provides relief and comfortable nursing service for patients in the last stage of their lives in the family environment, helping patients to relieve their physical, psychological, social and spiritual pain, satisfying their desire to receive care at home and die, so that they can spend the last stage of their lives peacefully and die with dignity.
