In order to ensure the safe and orderly start of the fall of 20021,according to the current epidemic prevention and control situation and the requirements of the provincial, municipal and county epidemic prevention and control headquarters, our school needs to comprehensively investigate the students' personal itinerary and health status during the summer vacation, and strictly check the health code and personal itinerary code. 1.
