Family environment and parents' words and deeds have a subtle influence on children's healthy growth. Mastering the knowledge and skills related to family education should be a compulsory course for all parents.
Zhejiang Digital Parent School has issued 220,000 e-learning certificates to parents participating in digital parent schools in the province since it was opened on the platform of "Zhijiang Hui" Education Square in 2020. It is planned to start from the fall semester of 20021to pilot the parents' learning points system in Zhejiang Digital Parents School, and to implement it in the whole province when the time is ripe.
Several aspects of work promoted by Zhejiang Province:
First, deepen the application of digital parent school in Zhijiang Hui Education Plaza.
The United Provincial Women's Federation will focus on building a national lifelong education service platform of "Learning in Zhejiang" and jointly deepen the application of the all-media platform of "Zhejiang Parent School", that is, the digital parent school of "Zhijiang Hui" Education Plaza.
At present, the application of "Zhijiang Hui" Education Plaza Digital Parent School has been launched in Li Zhe and Zhejiang, providing live coverage of parent school activities, brand columns, parent classes, educational topics, digital home schools and other columns, and will be launched in the tutor area and provincial question-and-answer service, effectively integrating civil affairs resources with the Wei Jian "married pregnant, 0-3 years old" family education curriculum.
Two, strengthen the construction of family education linkage system.
The first is to enrich the supply of community services. The civil affairs department will expand the community service space, take residents' meeting rooms, neighborhood centers and other Huimin service complexes as carriers, give full play to the dynamic role of the "three social linkage" mechanism, revitalize community resources, cooperate with the organizers to establish family education guidance service stations, and incorporate family education guidance services into the important content of community service stations.

The third is to implement relevant work funds. Primary and secondary schools in our province implement a "county-based" education management system, including parent education, home-school cooperation and other matters. The local people's governments at or above the county level shall, in combination with the actual local work, co-ordinate the existing general transfer payment funds and financial resources from provinces to cities and counties, and implement relevant work funds.
