I applied for the college entrance examination, but I failed. Does the school have the right to withhold my diploma?
It is against the relevant regulations for the school to withhold your diploma on the grounds that you did not take the college entrance examination. As soon as your graduation exam is over, your personal performance will be out of school. The college entrance examination will not affect your graduation. You can complain to the higher education department, and they will not ignore it. I'm sure you will get your diploma.
