Scope of certification

General secondary school graduation certificate, general secondary school graduation certificate, adult secondary school graduation certificate, vocational secondary school graduation certificate, vocational high school graduation certificate issued by Henan Provincial Department of Education, and other secondary vocational education certificates that need to be certified after research in special circumstances.

Authentication mode

Applicants can hold relevant materials to Henan University Student Employment Service Center, or secondary vocational education qualification certification points such as education bureaus of provinces and municipalities (see the table below for office address and contact telephone number), or apply online on Henan Graduate Employment Information Network.

Application material

Original diploma and its copy 1 copy (if the original diploma is lost, please provide relevant certificates issued by the graduation school), ID card 1 copy, and fill in the Application Form for Qualification Certification of Secondary Vocational Education in Henan Province. Those who graduated before 2007 (including 2007) are required to provide a copy of the enrollment roster and affix the official seal of the graduation school.

Certification time limit

In general, the certification will be completed within 15 working days (except holidays and weekends) from the date of formal acceptance. If the materials (information) provided by the applicant are incomplete, inaccurate or untrue, the consequences shall be borne by the applicant.

Collection of authentication results

For the certified academic certificate, a unified report on secondary vocational education in Henan Province or a notice of inquiry results will be issued, which can be inquired on the academic certification channel of Henan Graduate Employment Information Network. Applicants can check the progress of certification online, and collect the certification conclusion from the handling unit with their valid identity documents or payment invoices.

Apply for reconsideration

If the certificate holder disagrees with the certification conclusion, he may apply for reconsideration. The reconsideration shall submit a written application, graduation certificate, relevant certification materials or clue explanation materials, and return the original certification conclusion if there is any objection. The reconsideration case shall be answered within 20 working days.
