4. Refund procedure for kindergarten reasons: If the school (kindergarten) publishes false advertisements (brochures), charges in violation of laws and regulations, or students drop out of school, all fees will be refunded. Those who are expelled from school will not be refunded.

5. Procedures for refund of fees for students' own reasons: submit a written application for refund of fees to the kindergarten and provide relevant certificates. With the consent of the school leaders or the financial management team, the principal person in charge of the school, the person in charge of finance and the students themselves (parents) will sign, and the refund will be settled within 10 working days.
