Legal basis: the Supreme People's Procuratorate's circular on carrying out centralized education and rectification in procuratorial organs throughout the country. Two, the focus of the education rectification is to overcome the privileged thoughts, advocate hard work and close contact with the people as the focus, and rectify ideas and styles. Key inspection:
(1) Abide by political discipline, carry out the instructions of the Central Committee and the Supreme People's Procuratorate, accept the leadership of local party committees, and get rid of local and departmental protectionism;
(2) to implement the resolutions of the National People's Congress and its Standing Committee and accept the supervision of the National People's Congress;
(3) Strengthen the views of the masses, respect them, rely on them and serve them;
(4) Resist the influence of individualism, money worship and hedonism;
(5) Relations with the government, courts and other judicial departments. Members of the leading bodies of procuratorates at all levels should also focus on the following three aspects:
(1) Implement the responsibility system for team building and clean government building, and implement the situation of "grasping with both hands and being hard with both hands";
(2) the implementation of democratic centralism and political discipline;
(3) Implement the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council's "Several Provisions on Party and Government Organs Strictly Saving and Stopping Luxury and Waste".
The second is to focus on investigating and handling cases of prosecutors using their positions to violate the law and discipline, and to purge discipline. Focus on investigating the following five cases:
(1) Cases of corruption, bending the law, soliciting and accepting bribes, and misappropriating seized money and materials;
(2) divulging the secrets of the case, making suggestions for the parties to the case, shielding perjury and practicing favoritism;
(three) cases of playing privilege, showing off, using guns indiscriminately, arresting people indiscriminately, using equipment indiscriminately, and extorting confessions by torture;
(4) Cases in which the reception unit, the parties to the case and their agents accept banquets, articles, means of transportation and communication and entertainment activities, and let enterprises and other units pay for activities such as entertaining guests and giving gifts; (5) Cases of illegal income generation and extravagance, such as abuse of power, ultra vires handling of cases, arbitrary charges, arbitrary fines, and arbitrary sponsorship.
Third, according to the law, concentrate on cleaning up the ranks of prosecutors and reorganizing institutions. Focus on checking and cleaning up the following situations:
(1)1July 9951the illegal appointment of prosecutors since the implementation of the Law on Prosecutors;
(2) According to the provisions of the Public Prosecutors Law, public prosecutors should be dismissed, recused, punished, resigned or dismissed;
(three) the illegal employment of prosecutors, seriously overstaffed.
