Main responsibilities of Jiahe County Education Bureau

The county education bureau implements the principles, policies and decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee on education, fully implements the deployment requirements of the provincial party committee, the municipal party committee and the county party committee on education, and adheres to and strengthens the centralized and unified leadership of the party on education in the process of performing its duties. The main responsibilities are:

(1) Strengthen the Party's centralized and unified leadership over education, fully implement the Party's educational policy, strengthen Party building in the field of education, do a good job in ideological and political work in schools, implement the fundamental task of educating people with moral education, deepen educational reform, accelerate educational modernization, and run a satisfactory education for the people.

(two) to implement the line, principles, policies and laws and regulations of education reform and development, formulate local management measures and supervise their implementation; Draw up the strategic plan of education reform and development in the county and organize its implementation.

(three) responsible for the county education system party building work. Guide and supervise Party building in primary and secondary schools, and strengthen the Party's leadership and management of school work.

(4) To be responsible for the overall planning and coordinated management of all kinds of education at all levels, organize and implement the setting standards of all kinds of schools at all levels in conjunction with relevant departments, guide the education and teaching reform of all kinds of schools at all levels, promote the balanced development of compulsory education and promote educational equity, and be responsible for the macro guidance and coordination of compulsory education;

To guide ordinary senior high school education, preschool education and special education; Organize and implement the basic requirements of basic education and teaching reform, and fully implement quality education; Responsible for guiding ideological and political education, moral education, physical education, art education and national defense education in schools of all levels and types.

Responsible for monitoring the teaching quality of basic education, organizing the county-wide examinations at all levels, the entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, the entrance examination for adults and the self-study examination for high school education; Responsible for guiding the county's education and teaching research, educational technology and equipment, educational information technology, and education system work-study programs.

(five) responsible for the overall management of education funds in this department; Participate in the formulation of the county's education fund-raising, education funding and education infrastructure investment policies; Responsible for statistics and monitoring the investment and use of education funds in the county; Responsible for the internal audit of the education system; Responsible for the statistics, analysis and release of basic education information; Guide and manage the county's work of subsidizing students with financial difficulties.

(six) responsible for the work of teachers in the county; Responsible for planning the construction of school teachers and managers, implementing teacher recruitment (including special post teacher recruitment) and directional public-funded teacher training; Organize the implementation of teacher qualification system, teacher recognition and reward, teachers' continuing education, teachers' comprehensive quality and work performance evaluation; In conjunction with relevant departments, organize the implementation of school organizational standards at all levels and the evaluation and employment of teachers' positions. Responsible for the management of the county's language and writing work, guiding the promotion of Putonghua and the use of standardized words.

(seven) responsible for guiding the development and reform of employment-oriented vocational education, and organizing the implementation of teaching guidance documents and teaching evaluation standards. Relying on the demonstration (backbone) secondary vocational schools, we will build county-level vocational education centers and integrate vocational education and training resources within the county, becoming an important base for academic education, technology promotion, poverty alleviation and development, rural practical technology and labor transfer, and social life education. Accelerate the popularization of community education and actively promote the construction of various learning organizations.

Responsible for the approval and management of kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools and various non-academic training institutions organized by social forces in the county.

(eight) responsible for organizing the county education supervision work; Responsible for the financial assistance for students with family difficulties at all levels; Responsible for the construction of a clean government in the county education system; Responsible for the comprehensive management of primary and secondary schools and the improvement of the surrounding environment, strengthen school safety, teacher and student safety, school bus safety, large-scale visits and public opinion surveys, and resolve outstanding problems and contradictions.

(nine) responsible for the supervision and management of production safety and food safety in this industry.

(ten) to complete other tasks assigned by the county party committee and the county government.
