First, establish the consciousness of individual differences and acknowledge the differences.
Everyone's innate foundation is different, and the environment for survival and development is also different. There are also differences in students' cognitive institutions, learning methods, learning ability and hobbies. Teachers should establish a student view of "no poor students, only differences", sincerely care for each child, give more praise to students, rationally use differences to improve teaching efficiency, and create education and teaching methods suitable for each student according to each student's individual differences and intelligent characteristics. While acknowledging and paying attention to the differences, students will return more wonderful classes, and teachers will be more moved and surprised.
Second, treat students' grades correctly and tolerate differences.
All along, we have a one-sided understanding that a person's intelligence is the fundamental reason for his career success. In fact, among the reasons for a person's success, intelligence accounts for 20% and other factors account for 80%. These 80% non-intelligence factors are mainly people's moral and psychological qualities, such as self-confidence, self-reliance and honesty. Therefore, teachers should correctly treat the differences in students' grades.
I think any adult without mental defects, even if he has no primary school education, will learn the basic knowledge through his own efforts. Why not wait for a person to grow up and let him learn by himself? It's too simple. This view of mine is really childish and ridiculous. If teachers only pay attention to students' academic achievements, it is also naive and ridiculous, because we only pay attention to the results of learning and regard the most important "learning process" as too simple and worthless. In fact, it is this process that enables students to develop and become healthier and smarter.
Third, organize teaching reasonably and understand the differences.
The traditional "one size fits all" teaching method does not recognize the differences between students, let alone understand them. The traditional teaching mode recognizes that students will reach the same level after going through the same learning process at the same starting line. This traditional teaching mode runs counter to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, let alone paying attention to students' personality differences. There are great differences in students' learning interest, learning adaptability, learning progress and the choice of learning methods on the same issue, which requires teachers to fully consider students' various differences before organizing teaching.
1. Set reasonable teaching objectives
Faced with students' different knowledge reserves, teachers should set multiple teaching objectives for a class. Facing the average class level, establish teaching objectives suitable for middle-level students; Considering the learning ability of top students, it is necessary to set higher teaching goals so that some students can "jump", and at the same time, it is necessary to correctly face the reality that some students can't complete the intermediate or advanced teaching goals.
2. Prepare rich learning materials
If we really want to start teaching from the differences of each student, we should not only set reasonable teaching objectives, but also create conditions for students to learn independently. Every student's learning progress is different. Some students learned the key knowledge in ten minutes, so how to make effective use of the remaining thirty minutes is particularly important. Some students may not learn what the teacher says in one class. How to make students who have learned in ten minutes study deeply, challenge higher learning goals, and let students who need to spend more time studying master what they have learned?
Personalized teaching mode can easily solve this contradiction caused by students' differences. In order to better teach on the basis of each student, teachers need to prepare rich learning materials when preparing lessons, such as learning theme cards, information cards, answer cards, evaluation cards, challenge cards and so on. Students can choose suitable learning materials according to their own learning progress, and allow different students to have different learning methods. In the process of comparing their own learning methods with others, students will learn to give up and choose, so that different students' cognitive level and learning ability can be developed accordingly on the original basis. In this way, the learning process is the growth process of each student on his own original basis. No more panting and indigestion in order to catch up with the progress of other students in the class, no more cheating anxiety in order to meet the same requirements of teachers. Understand the differences between students, students will really calm down and learn what they should learn in class, and then they will enter into quiet thinking. Teachers no longer have to worry about the so-called students falling behind as before, because the differences between students really exist.
3. Design personalized homework
The homework designed by the teacher should be completed by all students through hard work, without too much pressure, so that each student's learning potential can be fully developed on the original basis. Let students at different levels have a successful experience. Hierarchical operation or flexible operation can be performed. Grasping the recent development areas of various types of students, the difficulty of homework design is different, focusing on basic knowledge and skills, which is suitable for students with poor foundation; Emphasis on the understanding and simple application of knowledge, suitable for middle school students' homework; There are assignments that encourage students to solve problems creatively, which are difficult and generally suitable for students with spare capacity. This can enhance the self-confidence of different students. This kind of homework design is flexible, and students can make flexible choices according to their own knowledge level and comprehensive application ability, which not only meets the learning needs of students at different levels, but also enables students at different levels to obtain successful experiences.
