May 2023 is the third civil code publicity month in China. In the meantime, the Corps issued the theme propaganda plan of "Good Life with Civil Code" in 2023, extensively carried out the popularization of the Civil Code, educated and guided cadres and workers to handle affairs according to law, find ways to solve problems, solve contradictions and rely on the law, and made efforts to make the usage of respecting the law and abiding by the law become a common practice in the Corps.

Since the launch of the civil code publicity activities, the Corps has strictly implemented the responsibility system for popularizing the law, intensified the publicity of the civil code, strengthened the training of "people who know the law", built a high-quality legal popularization team, promoted the civil code to enter enterprises, constantly optimized the business environment, played a typical role in leading and promoting the study and publicity of the civil code, persisted in innovative ways and methods, carried out special publicity activities of the civil code, and made simultaneous efforts to "online+offline" to create a strong learning atmosphere and create "one teacher, one city and one characteristic"

All divisions and municipal departments have clearly defined the division of responsibilities, refined the work measures, carefully organized and implemented them, and constantly promoted the institutionalization and normalization of the study and publicity of the Civil Code; Pay attention to the effectiveness of propaganda, tell profound thoughts and vivid stories thoroughly, ensure the popularization of the civil code to the place where employees care, and help employees solve practical problems.
