Historical evolution:

Haihua College of Liaoning Normal University, formerly known as Liaoning Normal University 1999, was a "state-owned private" secondary branch school established to expand the scale of running a school. In June 2002, Liaoning Normal University moved to Fumin Road, Shahekou District, Dalian, and was renamed Haihua College of Liaoning Normal University. In 2004, with the increase of majors, the college negotiated with Dalian Bohai Hongqi Group to rent some school buildings in Dalian No.14 Middle School (and moved to Liu Shu Village in 2006) to set up a film and television art branch school. In that year, three majors, such as Chinese language and literature (drama, film and television literature), were enrolled 164. In 2009, he began to run a school in Shenyang campus.
