Annual teaching interview time
There are two interviews for teacher qualification certificate in a year, in May and February of 12.

The interview mainly examines the applicant's basic qualities of teachers such as professional cognition, psychological quality, appearance, verbal expression and thinking quality, as well as basic teaching skills such as teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation. The interview takes the form of structured interview and scenario simulation, and is carried out through topics selection, lesson preparation (activity design), answering prescribed questions, trial lecture (demonstration), defense (demonstration) and grading.

Waiting for the exam: candidates arrive at the interview examination room on time with the interview admission ticket and ID card, enter the waiting room to sign in, and draw lots in groups.

Topic selection: according to the arrangement of test sites, log in to the "interview evaluation software system", the computer extracts a group of test questions from the test bank (kindergarten candidates choose one of the two questions), and the system prints the preparation test paper and test list.

Lesson preparation: Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with lesson preparation paper and test paper, and write lesson plans (or demonstration activity plans) for 20 minutes.

Structured question and answer: The examiner randomly selects 2 prescribed questions from the question bank, informs the candidates of the questions and asks them to start answering questions for 5 minutes.

Trial lecture: Candidates will give a trial lecture according to the prepared teaching plan (no students), 10 minute.

Defense: According to the examinee's trial lecture, the examiner put forward two questions and asked the examinee to answer for 5 minutes.
