How do teachers practice the principle of educational equity?
Teachers should focus on the following aspects to practice teacher justice.

First, be strict with yourself.

1, teachers should have noble ethics. We chose the profession of teacher, which means that we are more concerned than others. Since entering the normal school, the eight-character school motto of "respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching" has been impressive. Yes, respect for the teacher, straight for the teacher. The ultimate goal of education is to educate people, and educating people depends on teachers. "incompetence" can't be a good teacher, "virtue" can't be a good teacher, and teachers should pay equal attention to both morality and morality. Teachers should not only teach books well and become "teachers", but also guide students' growth and physical and mental health and become "teachers". Teachers shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating the next generation, and whether teachers are fair or not has a subtle influence on students. To achieve educational equity, teachers are first required to be fair people. It is difficult for a selfish or biased teacher to be fair in education. It is difficult for a wise teacher who can't stick to the truth to achieve real educational fairness. Therefore, teachers are required to be fair to others and themselves, to have a broader mind and a higher sense of mission than others, and to have certain self-control and the courage to resist pressure and uphold justice. Without a deep understanding of the significance of education and a sense of mission, without selfless dedication, it is difficult for people with low living standards to fully understand the principle of justice. A teacher with noble morality is bound to be full of love for students, and a teacher forged by "teacher love" must have a strong sense of responsibility and a scientific view of students. He will love every student in an all-round way, and such love is no different; He will know students, understand students, trust students and respect students; He will be strict with his students and love them instead of drowning them.

2. Determine the position of the teacher. Although it is mentioned above, teachers should pay attention to selfless dedication, but they should grasp the discretion. Teachers should set an example by example; You can't turn a blind eye to treatment. Because a teacher, like anyone else, is a living person, has a family and needs to survive. Teachers must be fair to themselves if they want to be worthy of themselves. Including the requirements and maintenance of teachers' legitimate rights and interests such as self-esteem, honor and reasonable economic interests. Teachers' justice to themselves is not only a "I-I" relationship, but also a relationship between teachers and society. In China society, perhaps people have higher expectations for teachers' careers. On the one hand, the society generally agrees to improve the status and treatment of teachers, but on the other hand, people, including teachers themselves, often think that teachers should be ashamed to talk about interests, just make candles and ask for hard work. It is unfair to ask teachers to abstain from sex, whether for society or for themselves. Therefore, this mentality should be corrected, and teachers should change their ideas and safeguard their own reasonable interests.

3. Teachers should establish modern educational concepts. (1), establish a great love education concept. Love is education. Without love, there is no education. Love is the key to students' feelings. When students know that you love them sincerely, the door of their feelings and wisdom will open to you. Any education should be based on love. Teachers' love for students, their love for the subjects they teach and their admiration for science will inspire students' respect for teachers, persistent exploration of learning and pursuit of science. ② Teaching philosophy. Modern society advocates the concept of freedom, equality and harmony, especially in education and teaching. Teachers should establish a cooperative and democratic teaching environment between teachers and students, take students as the center, actively create intellectual operation activities, combine meaningful receptive learning with students' exploratory learning under the guidance of teachers, create an inspiring environment, provide materials, tools and clues, guide students to observe, operate and think, cultivate students' ability of "using both hands and brains", teach students to learn, enlighten students' wisdom, and maximize the development of each student's knowledge and talents.

Improve one's educational accomplishment.

Teachers should have a broad understanding of the subjects they teach. Suhomlinski mentioned that teachers should improve their education quality by reading, reading and rereading. Interested in reading, like extensive reading, can sit down in front of the book and think deeply; (2) Understand the various methods of students' learning; ③ A solid psychological foundation; ④ Teachers' language literacy; ⑤ There should be educational tact to deal with emergencies. An example of dealing with cheating illustrates the necessity for teachers to practice justice for educational skills. A teacher found a student plagiarizing a one-point topic while invigilating. Afterwards, the teacher marked the students' papers as "100- 1". When the student was very ashamed after receiving the test paper, he immediately went to the teacher, admitted his mistake and asked the teacher to change the score from 100 to 99. Hearing this, the teacher marked "99+ 1" on his own test paper and said to him, "If you know your mistakes, correct them. Pay special attention in the future. This score is a reward for you to recognize and correct your mistakes ... "[

5, handle the relationship with colleagues and leaders. The teacher's colleague relationship must be maintained at an appropriate level, which is a kind of "colleague justice". In the relationship between teachers and leaders, personality is completely equivalent except management. The most important thing to deal with is to obey the division of labor, cooperate with each other, understand each other and respect each other in personality. The relationship between teachers and colleagues is mainly to evaluate the work of themselves and others fairly, and cooperate with each other on this basis to accomplish the educational mission together.

Second, educate students fairly and objectively.

1, hold a democratic and respectful attitude towards every student, and treat them equally. Teachers' justice to students is mainly reflected in educational activities; Students of different gender, age, origin, intelligence, personality, appearance and close relationship can be treated equally, and no one's selfish interests and likes and dislikes are taken as the standard. Teachers should treat students impartially, show favoritism and treat students equally. Students with physical and mental defects or underachievers should not be discriminated against. Treat every student equally, not as empty talk. In the teaching of 14 years, every time I receive a new class, I always do two things first: ① tell my children the requirements of studying in class: punctuality, seriousness (listening, watching, thinking, writing, speaking and correct posture), diligence and preparation of learning tools; And clearly show the teacher's point of view: proceed from reality, tell the truth, do practical things and help students solve practical difficulties. ② Take a "praise yourself" preparatory class to build children's self-confidence. As the saying goes, "A good beginning is half the battle". With timely and appropriate encouragement and reminder from teachers, children can stick to good practices for a longer time and even develop good study habits. In mathematics teaching, I insist on showing and enriching every child's opportunities, taking care of the whole group and giving timely and pertinent opinions.

For example: B is an underachiever. I accidentally knocked over my pencil box in class and was sarcastically criticized by the math teacher as "the black sheep" and "the rotten wood cannot be carved". "If I get 90% in the exam, my surname will be written backwards". B studied hard from then on, and often asked the teacher for advice when he met questions he didn't understand, but he was laughed at by the teacher: "Do you still ask questions? What's the problem? Go ... go back and study hard! " Nevertheless, through hard work, B got 9 1 in a math exam, but the teacher suspected him of cheating. B's self-esteem has been greatly hurt. Since then, the relationship between teachers and students has become more and more tense, and B's academic performance has become worse and worse. Inferiority and loneliness filled B's mind, and as a result, he didn't even get into high school. Obviously, in this case, the teacher violated the principle of justice, resulting in a very active student B not only failed to develop, but was ruined by the teacher's disrespect and injustice. It can be seen that respecting students is also manifested in respecting students' right to personal inviolability. Under no circumstances should teachers satirize, dig at, laugh at or attack students. It is necessary to establish an equal, democratic and cooperative relationship with students, exchange opinions with students, and adopt students' reasonable opinions, suggestions and requirements.

2. Educate students in love fairly and reasonably. Teachers should provide equal education of love for all students. Savagery produces savagery, and goodness produces goodness. This is a fact. "Love" is the principle of justice. As the Russian proverb says, "Everyone loves beautiful children, but loving ugly children is the real love." Teachers must combine love with strictness when educating students. Love comes from teachers' love for the future of the motherland and the nation, their love for education, and their noble sense of morality and responsibility. Strict means strict with love, strict with reason, strict with courtesy and strict with moderation. Teachers should deeply understand students, devote themselves to studying the laws of education, and choose fair and reasonable attitudes and methods to educate students. They shouldn't be partial to any student. They should talk about the facts, investigate clearly, and then do fair criticism and education, so that children can understand their mistakes and feel the love of teachers, thus developing their emotions.

3, seeking truth from facts, rewards and punishments. Usually, when dealing with people, we often talk about "material-oriented, not people-oriented", which is the true nature of a gentleman. This is especially true for educating students. Rewards and punishments themselves are often secondary, and students mainly care about the teacher's evaluation of them. Rousseau once said: "We can't punish children just to punish them, but let them feel that these punishments are the natural consequences of their bad behavior." Educational justice requires teachers to reward and punish students, education must be the premise, and rewards and punishments should be well-founded and moderately fair in implementation, so as to achieve the unity of respect and requirements. Teachers should achieve the unity of respect and requirements. On the one hand, teachers should teach students in accordance with their aptitude, but on the other hand, special students cannot be allowed in the system. Last time I reviewed, at the end of the summary, I praised a student: "So-and-so will get special praise from the teacher this time. Take a look at these two papers first. " The students circulated the test papers and looked at the student with new eyes. Why? It's not that students' grades have advanced by leaps and bounds, but that thesis writing is completely different. I said to him, "You gave the teacher a surprise today, thank you!" " ! You let the teacher know a brand-new you. "Since then, this classmate has written neatly and his grades have gradually improved.

4, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, combining point and face. Facing the whole and combining point with surface is a problem of equal educational opportunities. In addition, the object of education is living people, and there are differences in all aspects. We should choose the most effective teaching method according to our personal situation. Of course, in order to improve the overall level of the class, it is necessary for teachers to make up lessons and take care of some underachievers. It is also fair to create conditions for some particularly smart top students to improve, such as moderate "small stoves". Only in this way can we not delay the development of every student, which is an essential justice of love without difference. Teachers should consider students' differences in personality, knowledge and intelligence when implementing the principles of "love" and "punishment" of equality, friendship and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. Because the principle of justice is both "equality should be treated equally" and "inequality should be treated unequally". On the basis of the development of all students, teachers should correctly teach students in accordance with their aptitude, combine point with face, and put an end to some so-called "focusing on key points" that overstep the line and ignore most students, which is contrary to educational justice.

We should handle all kinds of contradictions and conflicts among students fairly and objectively. It is inevitable that students occasionally have contradictions and even conflicts in their study and life. To practice the principle of justice, teachers should uphold justice, investigate and study, analyze the reasons, seek proper solutions, properly handle them, and be "fair as a scale", without favoring one side or accusing one side.

These are my views on practicing the principle of teacher justice in the past ten years. Rousseau once said, "Teachers, ... you should be fair and kind, and portray your example in the memory of students, so that you can go deep into their hearts." Confucius also said: "He is upright and does not command; His body is not right, although he does not obey. " Modern society strongly demands educational equity. Let us educators make unremitting efforts to achieve educational equity, improve students' personality, improve students' psychology and effectively improve teaching efficiency.
