In the first 2.5 academic years, colleges and universities are responsible for all courses, and recruiting soldiers as needed to guide teaching; The last 0.5 school year is the internship period, which is the responsibility of the army. After the internship, the university will go through the graduation formalities.

4. After the directional training of non-commissioned officers, the rank of non-commissioned officers shall be determined and awarded by the unit to which they belong in accordance with the relevant provisions on recruiting non-commissioned officers and granting the rank of non-commissioned officers for the first time. The rank time shall be calculated from September 1 day of the graduation year.

5. During the period from the approval of the directional training of non-commissioned officers to the first award of military rank, they shall be given allowances, guaranteed meals and enjoy corresponding medical, insurance and pension benefits according to the standards of the first-year conscripts; After conferring the rank of noncommissioned officer, the salary and relevant treatment standards of noncommissioned officer shall be implemented from the date of conferring the rank.
