Through the usual registration process on the school website, there is an "online forecast name", which enters the "online forecast name" system. There is no extra charge. Tuition is paid directly in official website. There are 68 distance education colleges in China, which are authorized by the state to offer online education. They enroll students twice a year, in spring and autumn respectively.
