How do teachers conduct teaching research
I. Three Levels of Teaching and Research The growth process of an excellent teacher generally includes three stages, namely, the initial stage of textbook exploration-the development stage of teaching process research-the mature stage of psychological research and subject experimental research. This growth process embodies the hierarchical and gradual nature of cognition. From this, we can divide teachers' teaching and research work into three levels: (1) learning and researching curriculum standards and textbooks-the initial stage of teachers' growth. First of all, teachers should seriously study curriculum standards and subject guidance. Every teacher, especially the new teacher who has just joined the work, must always study and think seriously about the curriculum standards and subject guidance, and master the teaching purpose of the curriculum standards and the requirements for various knowledge points. Generally speaking, teachers should make clear the following four criteria: 1. To clarify the teaching objectives and requirements of undergraduate courses, what are the most important theories and skills that students must master, and what are the structure, main ideas and logical context of the teaching system. 2. Make clear the position of each part of the textbook in the whole discipline system and the relationship between them. 3. What are the basic phenomena, theories and skills in the textbook? 4. Make clear the specific teaching purpose and requirements of each part, and determine the teaching level of the content accordingly. Generally divided into "understanding, understanding and mastering" three levels. Secondly, teachers should study the textbooks carefully. 1. Reading textbooks is thick-micro-preparing lessons and reading textbooks is thick, which requires teachers to intensively read and study textbooks and make in-depth and detailed analysis under the guidance of curriculum standards. Reading a thick textbook means that teachers should think more, ask more questions, think over some key knowledge repeatedly, and put their own experiences, questions or comments together with relevant reference materials, so that they will feel that they have read a thick book. The purpose of reading textbooks is to fully explore the connotation of textbooks. The finer and deeper the better. This process from thin to thick is a process of constant thinking, a process of constant questioning, and a process of constant understanding and processing of teaching materials. 2. read the textbook thin-reading the textbook thick can make the details clear, but it is also easy to see the trees but not the forest. Therefore, on the basis of intensive reading and serious research, teachers must constantly summarize the teaching materials, grasp the main points of the teaching materials and master their spiritual essence with the help of abstract notes and experience notes. Only in this way can our teaching have a clear direction. Only in this way can we determine the key and difficult points of the textbook and formulate practical teaching plans, which is beneficial to students' learning. After mastering the spiritual essence of the book, you will feel that the book has become thinner. This is not to learn less knowledge, but to digest it. (2) Be familiar with and study the teaching process-classroom teaching is the main position for teachers to implement quality education in the growth and development stage, and the key to improve teaching quality is to improve teaching methods. It can be said that the in-depth study of classroom teaching determines the quality of classroom teaching to a great extent. Therefore, teachers with certain practical experience must carefully study all kinds of teaching details and constantly improve the teaching process in order to improve the teaching quality. There are many research contents in the teaching process, including teaching methods, learning methods and teaching means. The research of teaching methods mainly includes the teaching material processing method, teaching idea design, classroom structure arrangement, teaching language design, problem design, blackboard writing design, difficulty breakthrough method and so on. The study of learning methods mainly includes studying students' learning styles and methods, introducing learning experience, revealing learning rules, methods of preview, review and examination, etc. The research focus of teaching means is how to use teaching AIDS to stimulate students' interest and improve teaching quality. Teaching AIDS include wall charts, projections, slides, videos, televisions, etc. In particular, there are many problems in computer-aided classroom teaching that are worth studying and discussing. (3) Education and teaching research-In the mature stage of teachers' growth, primary and secondary school teachers have rich practical experience and have a deep understanding of many problems in education and teaching. Every teacher has a lot of experience to sum up, and there are still many problems and difficulties to be solved. Therefore, primary and secondary school teachers need to study many problems. On the other hand, primary and secondary school teachers have some unfavorable factors, such as information occlusion, insufficient information, time dispersion and so on. Therefore, the research on primary and secondary school teachers' education and teaching should focus on the following three aspects: 1. Focus on applied research. The conditions of primary and secondary school teachers in all aspects determine that their teaching and research topics should be based on application. Teachers should constantly find problems in preparing lessons, teaching, learning and research, seriously consider and study these problems, and determine their own research topics. These topics are combined with their own work, and what to do and learn can promote each other. 2. Focus on microscopic research. The so-called micro-research is to ask teachers to study small topics and make the problems thorough. For example, we can study the lead design of a class, the method of class summary, vocabulary learning and so on. Because the subject is relatively small, it is easy to concentrate on research, sort out information and get immediate results. 3. Mainly introduce the research. Introducing research is to introduce and learn from other people's research results from their own work needs, and creatively apply them to education and teaching after their own digestion and transformation. This method is more suitable for the work of most teachers.
