The 4th National Teaching Competition for Young Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools was jointly sponsored by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the Ministry of Education for the first time, and jointly undertaken by the China Federation of Education, Culture, Sports and Health and the Teacher Affairs Department of the Ministry of Education. The competition covers a wide range, forming a national multi-level teaching competition system, and the number of subject groups and participants is increasing. The competition is divided into two stages: provincial trials and national finals. On this basis, the competitive incentive mechanism has been continuously improved. For all the winners of the national finals, the achievements in education and teaching will be reflected in the evaluation of teachers' professional titles, and will be tilted in related honors and recognition. The All-China Federation of Trade Unions will declare the National May 1st Labor Medal for qualified players who have won various first prizes according to procedures.
