1, school performance pay source
According to the salary reform plan, the total personal salary is divided into three parts: the "living allowance" part is paid by the district finance to the employee's salary card on a monthly basis (accounting for 70% of the total salary); "Work allowance" is assessed and paid monthly; A kind of "bonus allowance", which is deducted monthly and paid according to the semester assessment. 2. The object of school performance pay
School performance salary target: school staff. The salary of school employees (no staff) is not paid in the performance salary allocated by the government. The performance salary of retirees shall be paid according to the method stipulated in the superior documents. The performance salary of non-on-the-job personnel shall be determined by the principal's office meeting according to the actual situation.
3. How to determine the performance pay standard: The school implements quantitative management and formulates standard class hours. All the school's homework is converted into standard class hours. The standard class salary of performance pay is determined by the school in academic year. After the monthly performance salary is paid, the balance will be incorporated into the year-end reward.

1, classroom teaching workload
For courses that enter the school curriculum and are taught in sections according to the prescribed class hours (regardless of national, local and school-based courses, regardless of grades and disciplines), teachers should enter the classroom teaching link according to the course and calculate the classroom teaching workload according to 0.7 standard class hours.
2. Lesson preparation workload
(1) The workload of preparing lessons for various disciplines does not distinguish between national, local and school-based courses, nor does it distinguish between grades and disciplines. It is calculated by multiplying the number of standard teaching plans compiled by teachers according to teaching needs by the number of classes taught. The calculation method of the workload of preparing lessons is as follows: for each standard lesson plan, the workload of preparing lessons for teachers is calculated according to the standard class hours of 0.5 and 0.7 for non-graduate subjects and graduate subjects respectively. Graduation grade non-technical secondary schools and college entrance examination subjects do not calculate the workload of preparing lessons according to graduation subjects.
(2) Cross-grade lesson preparation, for each lesson preparation 1 section, the workload of cross-head lesson preparation is calculated by adding 0. 1 standard class hour on the basis of subject class hours (the grade with less lesson preparation is cross-head lesson preparation).
(3) Cross-grade lesson preparation: every 1 lesson preparation cycle, the workload of cross-grade lesson preparation is calculated by adding 0.2 class hours to the subject class hours (the grade with less lesson preparation is cross-grade lesson preparation).
3, homework correction workload
Calculation method of homework correction workload: subject teaching hours multiplied by subject homework correction standard workload. The grading standards for homework in various subjects are set as follows: Chinese, mathematics and English are 0.3 standard class hours; Physics, chemistry, biology, politics, geography, history and other courses 0.2 standard class hours; School-based courses, comprehensive practice, general technology, fine arts and other disciplines are counted as 0.05 standard class hours. Subjects without homework do not calculate the workload of homework correction.
In that year, the workload of homework correction in the middle school entrance examination increased by 0. 1 class hour on the basis of the workload of homework correction in the undergraduate course. Graduation grade non-technical secondary schools and college entrance examination subjects do not calculate the workload of homework correction according to graduation subjects.
The standard for calculating the class size of homework correction workload: the standard class size of junior high school and senior high school is set at 45 and 50 respectively. If the class size is more than or less than the standard class size of three people (excluding three people), the workload of homework correction will be increased or deducted from the workload of teachers in the current month according to the following formula:

4. Teaching and scientific research workload

Teaching and research activities include: teaching and research meetings, lectures, collective lesson preparation, training and learning, open classes and competitions organized by cities, districts and schools. Every time a teacher is absent from a teaching and research activity, a standard class hour workload is deducted from the teacher's monthly workload.
5, other types of workload
(1) Workload of self-study and off-the-job counseling for Chinese and foreign teachers: every time I go to 5 yuan, I will not be late, and I will be deducted without reason 15 yuan.
(2) Workload of morning exercises and recess exercises: the school appoints personnel to be responsible for morning exercises, and the standard is 10 yuan per person per day; According to the requirements of the school, the physical education group arranged five physical education teachers to organize exercises in place, each with 2 class hours per week. Because of school or the weather, there is no exercise, which does not affect the workload of teachers. The training time of cultural subjects is not less than 45 minutes each time, and the professional training of special students is not less than 90 minutes each time. For extracurricular activities that meet the above conditions, the workload of teachers is calculated as 1 class hour.
(4) Workload of temporary substitute classes and self-study classes: the temporary substitute classes shall be paid according to the standard of 15 yuan/class within one week, and the normal class hours shall be calculated if it exceeds one week. The purpose of setting up the reward workload for class teachers is to reward outstanding class teachers who have served as class teachers continuously and have no serious problems in their work. The reward workload of the class teacher is as follows: those who have served as the monitor for more than 3 years will be given 0.5 class hours every week from the fourth year and 0.5 class hours every two years thereafter.
