Abstract: For most ordinary people, deaf-mute is a familiar and unfamiliar word. People know them through various charitable activities and media reports, but they rarely have the opportunity to get in touch with them personally. In fact, the real problems faced by the blind and deaf are far more than hearing impairment. Little by little differences with ordinary people, and the root causes of these differences, the general public will not think of. This paper discusses the present situation and development trend of deaf-mute students' education.
Keywords: development trend of special education for the deaf
In recent years, special education in China has received due attention. The state has increased its investment and efforts in special education, and special education in many places has developed rapidly. However, there is still a big gap between different regions in China.
As a branch of special education, deaf education is also facing the historical mission of "development and reform" today with the development and reform of modern education. In order to make disabled people "fully participate and be equal", we must really let disabled people enjoy a harmonious and equal education. To develop the cause of special education, improve the quality of special education and promote and deepen the reform of special education is to carry out special education research.
After a long period of development, the education in schools for the deaf has formed many theories and methods of special education, and our special education teachers have also formed some teaching experiences and teaching models in their usual education and teaching. However, under the influence of the modern education situation, the education and teaching reform is critically screening some "formed" education and teaching methods and models. Many special education teachers are confused in the process of teaching reform and don't know how to teach well; Many special education teachers have doubts about their teaching mode by learning new educational theories, but they don't know how to improve it. Many special education teachers welcome the ongoing curriculum reform of general basic education, but they don't know how to link it with the education and teaching in deaf schools. It can be said that this series of questions is challenging for every special-grade teacher.
Through the development of general education reform, we are pleased to see that the development and reform of general education are in full swing and have achieved gratifying results in combination with new teaching materials and new educational theories and models. How to combine and make good use of modern educational models and theories, really run special education, especially schools for the deaf, and organically combine the three educational tasks of attitude education, ability training and knowledge learning in the teaching of hearing-impaired students. This is a subject that every special-grade teacher faces.
From the perspective of development, further promote the reform and development of school education for the deaf, so that deaf children can enjoy it.

The right to education and good education for deaf-mute children are the tasks and goals of governments at all levels for a long time to come.
(a) to further improve and perfect the laws and regulations to protect the disabled.
(2) The whole society gradually faces up to social problems such as the survival and development of deaf-mute disabled people. First of all, all walks of life began to treat deaf-mute disabled people with a serious attitude, face up to their special difficulties and needs, do everything possible to solve their problems, and do everything possible to create conditions for them to integrate into society, participate in social activities on an equal footing, fulfill their civic obligations and enjoy their civil rights. Secondly, the deaf-mute disabled should face up to the reality of their own disabilities, not confess their difficulties, overcome their weaknesses of being too sensitive and too self-respecting, and observe the society and others with a normal heart; We should bravely step out of the closed state and go to society; Accepting help frankly is also an effective way to make friends and integrate into society.
(3) Strengthen the education of deaf-mute disabled people. Although China has implemented nine-year compulsory education for the disabled and formulated a special policy for the disabled to enter colleges and universities, the education system for the disabled has not yet been established, and the education for the disabled is in a weak position compared with normal people in many cases. Therefore, the state should set out to establish an independent education system for the disabled, speed up the construction of schools for the deaf, improve the level of deaf education, reform the present situation of deaf education, and provide a better learning environment for the deaf. We should lay a good foundation for the development of deaf-mute disabled people in improving school environment, reforming educational methods and broadening knowledge, so as to further improve their ideological and cultural level and their own quality.
(4) Gradually establish and improve the social security system for the disabled. Although China has provided some opportunities for the employment of the disabled and implemented the urban minimum living security system, compared with developed countries and relatively developed countries in the world, there is still a certain gap in China's social security work for the disabled, and an independent social security system for the disabled has not yet been established. Social security for the disabled is often confused with social security for the healthy. With the development of economy, we should consider the particularity of the disabled when establishing the social security system, and gradually establish a relatively independent social security system for the disabled that embodies the superiority of socialism.
(5) Advocating a good social atmosphere for helping the disabled and creating a harmonious and stable social environment. Disabled people and able-bodied people enjoy civil rights, but there are always some people who discriminate, ridicule and even abuse disabled people. This uncivilized behavior not only harms the physical health and psychological integrity of the disabled, but also easily leads to social conflicts. Therefore, we should vigorously carry forward the humanitarian spirit in the whole society, advocate a good social atmosphere to help the disabled, guide people to understand, respect, care and help each other, and create harmonious interpersonal relationships. The problem of disabled people is a social problem, and all walks of life have the responsibility and obligation to undertake part of the work, which cannot be completed by the government or a certain department alone. If all units can solve several problems of the disabled within their own functions and powers, they can resolve contradictions and eliminate unstable factors in time, and provide a good social environment for maintaining social stability and unity and promoting sound and rapid economic and social development.
(6) Strengthening the construction of grassroots disabled persons' federations. Disabled Persons' Federation organizations in China generally go to districts and counties, but there are no disabled persons' Federation organizations in most places at the grassroots level, such as streets and towns, and even if there are, they exist in name only because they are not formally established. Disabled people are distributed in various village communities, and it is the grassroots disabled persons' Federation that can often come into contact with disabled people. They know the difficulties and ideological trends of the disabled best, and can directly serve the disabled and do ideological work. Strengthening the work of grassroots disabled persons' federations can not only relieve the worries of disabled people, but also share the worries for the party and the government. Therefore, governments at all levels should pay more attention to grass-roots disabled persons' federations, give support in staffing, office conditions and activity funds, earnestly strengthen the organizational construction of grass-roots disabled persons' federations and enhance their vitality.
Looking forward to the future, based on special education, let deaf children learn to be human in special education paradise, restore their body and mind, improve their skills and shape their character; Let teachers grow up, display their talents, realize their values and describe their lives in special education parks; Let deaf-mute students grow up healthily, realize the positive development of teachers and promote the harmonious development of schools.
