Through study, examination and comparison, I am connected with my own ideological reality. Although there are ups and downs, I still work hard on the whole. In the process of "looking in the mirror" and "dressing up" seriously, I realized that I still have a big gap with the requirements of organizations and employees. The cultivation of the party and the expectations of the masses will always be a spur. Party spirit cultivation and party spirit exercise are lifelong things, with only a starting point and no end.
I. Personal compliance with the Party's political discipline
The Party's political discipline requires that the Party's organization and party member must maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in political principles, positions, viewpoints, lines, principles and policies. There must be no speech or behavior that runs counter to the party's line, principles, policies and resolutions. Check yourself against this requirement. On the basis of continuous study and understanding of the Party's relevant principles and policies, you can always maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee, conscientiously implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Central Committee, and strive to maintain this general direction of the Party's principles and policies in all work. There is no violation of the party's political discipline, and there is no behavior or speech inconsistent with party member's cadre status. If you seriously reflect on what are the shortcomings in this regard? I feel that I haven't studied the party's major policies deeply enough, and I don't have enough efforts to publicize and implement the party's policies in my daily work. I don't have a good grasp of the ideological construction of the team, the construction of learning-oriented party organizations, and the study of league cadres. In this mass line activity, I solicited opinions, conducted research and found some negative thoughts of cadres and workers, and I should bear some responsibility. The ideological construction of teachers, especially league cadres, is not enough, and more efforts should be made in this regard in the future.
Two, the implementation of the eight provisions of the central government and the provincial government ten provisions, change the work style.
After the promulgation of the eight central regulations, the leaders of tourism management departments attached great importance to it, actively supported the central decision, timely conveyed the spirit of relevant documents of the central government, provinces and colleges, and conscientiously implemented them. For example, some official receptions, such as traditional welcoming, have been cancelled, and efforts have been made to control and lower the standards of foreign reception and dining, and foreign guests have not been received in high-end hotels; The networking activities within the department are also strictly controlled in form and must not be extravagant; Party member cadres are required to effectively change their work style, care about the lives of workers and safeguard their vital interests. After studying various norms of the central government and the province, I earnestly fulfilled them, and my heart was full of joy. Since the promulgation of the regulations, I have lost some annoying entertainment, drank some wine that I had to drink before, suffered less, and my family was warm and happy. Generally speaking, in the process of implementing the eight central regulations, the college is actively reforming those that are easy to implement and correct, but it is the bad habits of the past that change the style. It needs to be built through a series of institutional mechanisms, system construction and long-term persistence, and it can only be achieved by perseverance and strong implementation, so the problems that are not easy to implement and change still exist!
Third, the outstanding problems of personal "four winds"
Since the launch of educational practice activities, I have constantly warned myself at the beginning of the activities that we must honestly lower our posture, learn from the broad masses of workers with an open mind and listen carefully to opinions. I hope that through activities, I can find mistakes and shortcomings that I don't realize at ordinary times, and try my best to find problems and identify them accurately. I have also said many times at the teacher-student meeting that the focus of this activity is on various problems existing in cadres, especially leading cadres and colleges, and we must first find the reasons from ourselves. Through investigation, interview, discussion, questionnaire survey, self-help and the help of colleagues, some problems were found. For example, a colleague pointed out to me that it is not enough to go deep into classes, especially student dormitories. We should communicate with teachers and students more, get together more and listen to their voices. At present, there are many ideological problems between teachers and students. We should find ways to solve them and strengthen the propaganda of ideological and political work between teachers and students. Some colleagues also criticized that I should work hard on how to organically combine party building with teacher-student development; It has also been pointed out that my grasp of the party's principles and policies is not good enough; At the same time, from the questionnaire survey, we also know that the cadres of the Youth League School are weak in execution, soft in management and afraid of offending people. I think I have a share of these questions. Through full investigation, collection and sorting, the leading group of mass line in colleges and universities sorted out the performance problems of "four winds". Through careful analysis of these problems, I think some problems also exist in me. To sum up, my outstanding problems in "four winds" are:
Formalism:
First, the problem of untrue work. I am in charge of student management in the Department of Tourism Management. In fact, there is a lot of work to be done every year, and individual work is also deployed, but the measures are not innovative enough and the responsible departments are too broad. It seems that this department has the responsibility and that department has the responsibility, which easily leads to the department shirking its responsibility. This phenomenon leads to the implementation of individual work is not in place, and it is difficult to achieve the effect of creating excellence. Another phenomenon is that when a meeting is held, the meeting is implemented by the meeting and the procedure is formal. For the problems to be solved, there is not enough effort in in-depth research, in-depth thinking, brainstorming and finding ways to solve these problems.
Second, the research is not in depth. Although I have studied harder than in the past two years, it seems that I can't start, I can't do it, I have fewer methods, I have more worries, and I don't adhere to the learning system well.
Third, in bold work, especially in management work, timely replacement is not done well enough, there are too many concerns and the responsibility boundary is too clear. I used to be afraid of offending people.
Bureaucracy:
First, it is not enough to go deep into employees and students to understand the actual situation, and there is a phenomenon of being separated from the employees;
Second, the initiative is not enough, and some employees and even cadres are criticized for not helping them well, such as shirking their work, inadequate departmental management, and poor mental state. At the same time, there is little communication with team members;
Hedonism: I don't think there are any outstanding problems with hedonism. I usually pay more attention to thrift. With the growth of age, I don't like reception and entertainment more and more. I prefer to stay with my family after work, and I prefer reading and listening to music at home. I don't like being quiet. But the passion and fighting spirit of work are not as good as before. For various reasons, I often slack off my thoughts in my work.
