Maan town Central Primary School has a history of 80 years. The original school site was located in Ma 'an Temple, Siqiao Village, maan town. According to the book Forever Ling Ke written by the county committee of literature and history, "1in the autumn of 928, Xicun Primary School (now Siqiao Primary School) was established in Ma 'an Temple Museum in the northwest where he taught. Half a year later, it was recommended as an excellent primary school by Tian An, inspector of Shaoxing County Education Bureau. 1930 was renamed Siqiao Primary School, and its founders were Zhao Jisheng and Zhao Yusheng. Huang Fushou (Huang Shanren Doumen) is the person in charge (term: 1930— 1947). The school has four classes, four teachers and 120 students. Part of the school funding is allocated from the "Xuegu Donation" and part of it is solved by the school board.

According to an interview with Ma Yuanpei, when Zhao Yusheng founded the school, he sold his ancestral 16 mu of flower land as the founding capital and served as the school director.

From 1955, the school was renamed as "Ma 'an Township Central School", with more than 200 students and more than/kloc-0 teachers. At that time, the source of teachers' salary was based on the principle of walking on two legs, and some of them implemented public assistance.

After 1958, with the rise of people's commune, "Ma 'an Township Central School" was renamed as "Ma 'an Commune Central School".

From the second half of 1966, after ten years of turmoil during the Cultural Revolution, the location of "Ma 'an Commune Central School" was renamed the Liberation Brigade, and the school name was changed to "Jiefang School". 197 1 year later, the school developed to 1 1 class, including 4 junior high schools. 1978, restore "Saddle Commune Central School". Since 1980, the enrollment rate of school-age children has reached over 99.5%. 1984 was rated as an advanced unit in Shaoxing county, and the consolidation rate has been above 99.7%. 1986, the school was renamed as "maan town Central School", and the quality of education rose steadily with excellent results in various competitions.

1988 new education building;

In August, 1995, "maan town Central School" was newly built. The new campus is located in Yuanjiaqiao. Since then, the original "maan town Central School" has been renamed "Siqiao Primary School"; The original "Yuanjiaqiao Primary School" was revoked.

1In April, 1998, the Shaoxing Municipal Government Supervision Office and the Municipal Education Commission announced that maan town was the first batch of "Gaopujiu" towns in Shaoxing. In the same year, maan town was named "Zhejiang Education Strong Town".

In 2007, the school canteen was completed and the renovation of the accommodation project was completed;

In February 2009, Siqiao Primary School was merged into the Central Primary School.
